Terrible customer service unfortunately. I had to go to them to install my sub correctly about four times. Lucky for me a contractor (tall guy drives a truck) on their parking lot hooked me up correctly and informed me that one of subs was going out. if you have to go make sure you don’t go to the short guy with the smashed face. He’s TERRIBLE believe me. I gave this place four chances to get it right, and although some time has passed I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. Also wanted to mention that the short guy who worked on my car did not pop back on my plastic covers that are under my door. Instead, the contractor in the parking lot popped them in for me.

I Called around 1pm on Sunday to see if they had space to install my sound for me. Without hesitation, the fellow on the phone said yes. He said to ask for Mike. I get there and greeted by Mike when I walked in. I described my desire and he assured me it wasn’t an issue. They have credit card acceptance signs but there was a hand written not on from door that they only take cash. Bummer, but not a deal breaker. My install was done primarily by a fellow called «E». And then Mike finished up. The price was fair. The sound is great. And they even had a bbq going that day, but I’m a vegetarian (ish). I love when I can support a small business and it actually be a gem. (Sub and Amp, $ 110 out the door)
I could tell they weren’t 100% familiar with my «foreign», but they stuck to It and did the job like a boss! I will remember them. Thanks gents.

I went to this shop to get a factory radio replaced. I was happy to see that they had new and used radio options. Although I went with a used radio, I still was offered the option of a limited time warranty (included). The prices were great, and installation time was speedy. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices and great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Great Service!!! Installed an alarm & remote starter on two of my cars. I love the fact that I can start my car from inside my house, when it is cold & it is already warm when I get in it. No more sitting in a cold car, waiting for it to warm up. Thanks Mike!!!
