Established in 2014.

This is more than just a catering company, this is a family affair. I’m Amal Alaoui, chef and owner of Marrakech catering. My husband and i have more than 10 years experience in the hospitality and restaurant business. I learned traditional Moroccan cooking from my mother, family, and some very good cooks in Marrakech.

We offer traditional cuisine without the fusion hype and we stay true to the old fashion cooking in famous houses and families of the old city of Marrakech. We bring some of our spices directly from Morocco, we can our own preserved lemons, make our spiced olives, and our own Shermoulas all here in Atlanta.

Our food is cooked on the day of your event and timed to be delivered directly coming from the oven to your place. We use no preservatives, colorants, additives, or MSG. Our meats and poultry is USDA approved and bought locally free of hormones.
