I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been as disrespected by an establishment in my life as I was when I came here. I gave this shop hundreds to alter my uniform pieces. Nothing was done for free or complimentary. But not only were my pieces finished late, I wasn’t ever informed via phone textbook email as to when get were ready. I asked Arlene to take in multiple elements of my uniform, and pretty much only got a basic hemming. The only explanation was a comment that too many people had solicited her work… So it’s not her fault the couldn’t keep up. When I told her I was unsatisfied with the job that was done, she threatened to call my work and have me reported. Seriously.
I’ve had alterations done on my clothing before and it’s never been this hideous. Be very careful who you choose. This company’s current management is not something I could recommend in good conscience. Please be careful and pick your battles wisely.
