Leashes & Litterboxes provides daily dog walking, pet sitting and overnight stays. We put pets first! We are not just pet owners, we are pet lovers. We understand the importance of quality care, safety and happiness when it comes to your furry baby. We will love your pets just the way we love our own. In addition, we also offer house sitting and pet taxi services.

History

Established in 2011.

Leashes and Litterboxes was born after being layed off from my job in the non-​profit world serving adults with developmental disabilities. With a tremendous love and admiration for animals, Leashes and Litterboxes allows me the opportunity to share my compassion for animals while doing what I love!

I am a mother of two grown children, one with special needs. Prior to starting Leashes and Litterboxes, I co-​founded and was the Program Director of Sycamore Ridge, Inc. a non-​profit organization for adults with developmental disabilities. I have been actively engaged in charitable services throughout most of my life. As the mother of a daughter with Autism, I have over 22 years of experience in special education, transitional services and applied behavior analysis… which comes in handy with my 4-​legged children. An avid pet lover, I have twenty-​five plus years of personal experience caring for pets of my own, house sitting and pet sitting for family members and friends. Above all I am caring, outgoing, committed to quality service, reliable and passionate about my causes.
