We are a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our law firm has offices in the South Atlanta area (Morrow) as well as the Jackson County/​Commerce/​Athens area in order to service client needs in those regions. We handles serious injury and wrongful death cases all over the state of Georgia, primarily arising from car accidents, truck accidents, tractor-​trailer wrecks, dangerous premises cases (like slip and falls), dog attacks, and nursing home negligence (nursing home falls, deaths, abuse). Our law firm is also widely known for its work on child injury cases, as we have represented many kids injured in car and truck wrecks, as well as at daycares and preschools all over Georgia. Our founder, Andy Goldner, has been consistently recognized by his peers as one of the top personal injury lawyers in Georgia.
