History

Established in 2003.

Prior to establishing Law Office of Paige Arden Stanley, L.L.C. in 2009, Paige practiced law for several years at Powell Goldstein LLP, one of Atlanta’s oldest and largest law firms, where she acquired years of national, as well as regional, large firm experience. Before entering the legal field, Paige was a senior consultant for five years and traveled nationally. While interviewing her clients, teaching a multitude of courses and making presentations (that she tailored specifically for board members, executives, managers and/​or employees), Paige continually focused on improving her clients’ internal and external processes. More specifically, Paige taught her clients how to operate more efficiently, and she achieved measurable results for them.

Paige draws from her years of experience and provides legal counsel on issues related to a company’s formation, operation, hiring of independent contractors or employees, as well as its termination and/​or sale.

Paige focuses her law practice in the areas of business law, estate planning and litigation avoidance. Paige represents small business owners in all stages of the lives of their companies. With respect to business law, while it may be a challenge to predict all possible outcomes that could impact a business, Paige draws from her years of experience and provides legal counsel on issues related to a company’s formation, operation, hiring of independent contractors or employees, as well as its termination and/​or sale.

Paige additionally handles probate and estate administration for her clients dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Paige believes wholeheartedly in operating her law firm as efficiently as possible so that her clients achieve true value for their dollar. When Paige is not practicing law, she serves on the board of Atlanta Independent Women’s Network and as Director of Operations for Kick in the Fit where she instructs a boot camp four mornings a week.
