History
Established in 2004.
Mr. Marshall’s interest in criminal law began in high school, which led him to the practice of law. His practice in Atlanta began after he had worked for a large international law firm’s Atlanta office, concentrating in commercial litigation. Although he gained invaluable skills from a big-firm environment, such as extremely heightened research and writing skills, and serious civil litigation training, he had always wanted to be in his own practice, where he could do the most good for those persons without the resources like a multi-national corporation. Mr. Marshall has always fought for the little guy, for the person terrified of the adversary before him. Mr. Marshall started his own practice to win battles in court and to protect those most in need of his skills and advocacy.
