The wait time is to long and if your going to have people wait on food u could at least pay your cable bill so they would have something to entertain them while they wait.
Food is good but a better system is definitely needed. The owner doesn’t really care and it shows. Better management and this place could’ve been huge in the community

Man look if i could give them no stars i swear ta gawd i would. I ordered online and i was given an hour and a half wait time…2 hours later i called to see what was the status of my order. 45 minutes later my food arrives. stone cold. The lemon pepper wings tasted like fish… sir…if you don’t change that grease dayum! The chicken philly was super cold… Omg…i couldn’t even enjoy my food because it was so cold and fishy. I will never. ever…everrrrrrr order from this disgusting place again. Almost 3 hours for subpar food and they are 10 minutes up the street. Smdh. never again. Oh and did i mention i tried to tip the driver who came up in basketball shorts and slides and he advised me he doesn’t look for tips… his father is the owner and got back in the car. Smdh…

My boyfriend and I have ordered from this place twice, and won’t be doing so again. The food is sub-​par (wings that are more breading than meat, dry fish, soggy fries), their delivery driver couldn’t tell the difference between a building number and an apartment number, and last time we ordered, they forgot the fries for one of our combos. The fries that we were required to order because it was a COMBO. They were all kinds of apologetic when I messaged them on Facebook about it, but all they offered was a free order of fries on a future order, and they were reluctant to offer even that. When I called to place an order for those fries, I was unable to connect, because no one was answering the phone and their voicemail box is apparently full.

Customer service over the phone was nice. Their kook aid fruit punch was nasty. The wings was huge and okay.. Their burgers are on point and 100% real. I enjoyed the burger more than anything. I would order the burger again. Everything was fresh I can admit that.

Placed my first delivery order and two hours later when we hadn’t received our food, I called and they said it would be delivered in less than 20 minutes… An hour later, we passed by on our way to mcdonalds and they were closed!!! They never even called us or anything… Good thing I didn’t pay online with my card… Bad business…

I love this place not only its really close to my apt but I love the whole vide, food came out hot my Lemon pepper Wings were to die for … The Hamburger was good as well
