I went with a large group last summer, worst mistake. The place is super small, a little broom closet down stairs and janky upstairs with absolutely no air circulation whatsoever. Was not impressed with the music, heard the same song 3 times in an hours. The promoters are horrible and care nothing about holding their end of the deal, lie and exaggerate about space and accommodations, and act like you don’t exist once you arrive. The drinks also seemed watered down, I had several trying to get drunk and enjoy myself, didn’t work. so overall a sweaty, sober, crammed, and boring.

Rotation Wednesday is no longer occurring here but they still have great food/​drinks and a cool young adult crowd.

Two Words: Janky Promoters. This place is the worse. I nor any of my many friends will EVER come to this place again. I was just celebrating my bday there for the viewing party for Mayweather… worst experience of my life. If its a viewing party why were MOST the TV’s here off for the fight!!! honestly 4 tvs on between two floors, how pathetic. A fight broke out and I was pushed to the floor. I spoke with the owner and a promoter and they don’t understand what hospitality mean. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN PERIOD. If I could give no stars I would for making my birthday a epic Fail. Thanks for nothing Kouture. I’ll stick to AG events.

Worst club experience ever!!! I do not recommend anyone visit this hellhole. For my birthday a promoter contacted ME and asked me to have my Birthday party there. I said yes, we stayed in regular contact until the day of the event. The club promised me a section, a bottle, and unlimited guest list. I arrive to the venue around 920pm, we we forced to stand in line outside in the heat for over a hour. If that wasn’t bad enough I get to the entry desk and they tell me I had to pay for my entire party because we weren’t there by 10pm. At this point I’m livid, they allow me plus one in. Inside it’s no better, unbearably hot, over– crowded (I’m talking no room to even turn around), and no section for us. They boast about it being a two level venue, it’s more like a small bar upstairs and a large wine cellar downstairs (which the air doesn’t reach) I ended searching for the promoter and the manager both offered sorry, please come back. It was MY birthday, nothing was done or could have been done to make it right, other than what was promised. It ruined my night, and all my guest night. To make it worst there were two other parties in the same boat, which tells me this is a regular practice. I’ve been to almost every spot you can think of in the city, Kouture should be named Faux Kouture. Nobody likes a fake or knockoff, this place from it’s staff to it’s promoters embodies the the word Knockoff Kouture.

This is an awful place. I live near there and I don’t want to hear music from inside my unit. It’s a joke! I hope they go under!!!
