History

Established in 1977.

Jeff Kaufman has been practicing personal injury law in Atlanta since 1977. Born and raised in Georgia, he attended elementary and high school in Atlanta before attending Washington University in St. Louis where he received his B.A. in Political Science in 1973. Jeff moved back to Georgia and attended law school at Mercer University, graduating in 1977.

Since 1977, Jeff has fought tirelessly for individuals seriously injured by the negligence of other individuals and corporations. He has tried countless cases throughout the state, and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through verdicts and settlements. His $ 25 million medical malpractice verdict is one of the highest verdicts in Georgia’s history.

Jeff is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts along with the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. He and our attorneys are active members of the State Bar in good standing.
