John D. Hadden has been representing those injured by the wrongdoing of others since 2007. Prior to that, he was a defense attorney at a prominent defense firm, representing national and international companies, insurance companies, and individuals in claims brought against them.

John Hadden has successfully represented hundreds of clients in wrongful death and personal injury claims across Georgia. He is author of three leading books on litigation, trials, and evidence, and is a frequent speaker at legal seminars. He also serves as President of the Atlanta Trial Lawyers Association, Vice-​President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a board member of the Atlanta Bar Association Litigation Section.

John graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review, and from Emory University, where he was a double major in history and environmental studies.

John is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial and appellate courts, as well as all federal district and appellate courts in Georgia, including the United States Supreme Court. He is also a registered mediator.
