John Bailey Realty

A realty firm is only as good as its people so this review is about the realtor from John Bailey realty that I worked with, Eric Lansing, who helped me locate and close on my current house. Eric Lansing is a world class realtor — the very best I have worked with and someone who will be incredibly successful. I highly recommend him to anyone.
What I liked:
1) Ability to understand clients true needs and tailor the search to that. Eric really made the effort to understand what I was looking for and present the right options. Moving from Miami I was initially looking at condos, but Eric helped me see that houses were a much better option in Atlanta for my requirements, and also helped me identify neighborhoods and house types outside my initial criteria which fit better against my goals.
2) Hard working and client dedicated. I would receive emails and ideas from Eric into the evenings. He would do legwork for me and go see places sometimes ahead of me. He does a ton of research to give you the facts needed to support the negotiation.
3) Intelligent. He really was a thought partner in framing and negotiating the offer. He gathered intelligence from previous buyers and other realtors, he showed good business judgement, he had strong insights.
4) Takes ownership. I ended up going for a new build and Eric supported me through all the post contract follow up with the builder and to resolve issues. It really was terrific and felt like he had my back.
5) Nice guy.
What they could improve:
