I found Ellen online when I was looking for a customs broker who could help import dogs. I had tried several local brokers before who either were only semi familiar with the process or weren’t flexible with the shipping days/​times. Ellen on the other hand went above and beyond, was extremely knowledgable on the process, helpful, and I knew I could rest assured she had it all handled. Even though she’s on the other side of the U.S. (I’m in CA) she cleared customs at both airports and I was able to pick up my pup easily– no problems. It was a big relief! I highly recommend her if you want a stress-​free import process.
