Greg Jacobs and Scott King.

Business Owner

Greg Jacobs specializes in corporate, tax, estate planning and elder law. Graduating with honors from the University of Florida law school, he has provided client services in the corporate world as well as the private sector. Greg’s background includes working as a senior manager at Arthur Andersen and being a senior VP at Wachovia Bank managing their financial planning group. From family tax planning to mergers & acquisitions, Greg’s approach is always the same– provide the client with the most comprehensive, yet cost effect structure to achieve their goals.

Prior to Jacobs & King, Scott King was a partner with Slater & King and brings over 18 years experience in general litigation with a strong focus on commercial litigation. Like Greg, Scott focuses on providing exceptional legal services while foreign life-​long client relationships. Jacobs & King has the perfect blend of knowledge, experience and personality to solve their client’s problems effectively and efficiently.
