Brian and Brandon L.

Business Owner

The business is family-​owned and operated by Brian Lunsford and Brandon Lunsford, the two sons of the original owner. Both are proud graduates of the University of Georgia. Their innovative business style and pest expertise led Inspect-​All Services to become one of the first dual-​purpose pest services and home inspection companies in the region.

Since Brian and Brandon’s acquisition of the company in 2006, Inspect-​All Services has won numerous awards for its rapid growth and exceptional customer service.

I used Inspect-​All to inspect our house during our home buy process. They were able to get us scheduled quickly during due diligence time frame. Everyone I worked with was so helpful. They found some minor issues in the house which was reported in their VERY detailed report, picture included. I’ve bought 2 other houses and have never had such a detailed report sent.
My biggest kudos was to the pest inspector who found several small pest issues. They came up with a plan and presented a quote so I could take care issues immediately if I wanted. At first I will admit it seemed like a conflict of interest, but issues were easy to see so I didn’t feel like they were pulling my leg. Again I was given a very detailed report with pictures.
Homeowners wanted to get their own inspection to verify what Inspect-​all had already uncovered. They chose Terminix which was way off the mark. They basically said what the homeowners wanted to hear, that there were no issues. But suggested many of the same services Inspect-​all came up with. The services cost a pretty penny, but worth it.
Also they send pictures of who will be coming out to the house, so you know who to expect. All the employees have a good attitude and are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

I used Inspect-​All for my home inspection and crawl space encapsulation. If I could give them more stars, I would. The job done and customer service throughout was FANTASTIC. For both things I had additional questions after the fact and I received a very courteous follow up. I was really left with feeling that they care about their services and their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I just started service with them from Groupon. Setting up appointment and time was very easy and they made it convenient to fit my schedule. The lady was very nice on the phone and explained everything very thoroughly. Before the appointment I received an email with a picture of the tech. I think that is a great concept in this day and age. My technician was Andy. He’s very nice and delivered great service. He explained the treatment he was going to do and when done he gave me an overview of everything. I now have them come out quarterly. I highly recommend them and they are reasonably priced.

I recently used Inspect-​All home inspection services for our newly constructed house. What a great experience from start to finish. Niki Wescott handled my call and scheduled the inspection. She worked diligently to meet our deadline request and what a pleasure it was to have her service our needs!
Our inspector was Jake Williams who arrived on time and eager to start. He pointed out several things around the house both good and also items needing attention during the inspection to educate me as a home buyer and did a very thorough job.
I was hesitant at first to get this done on a new construction house but I am so glad I did. I would highly recommend that anyone purchasing a new construction house to get an inspection, it is well worth the low cost compared to your future investment!
You won’t find a more friendly, professional and competent Inspection service than this company!
*****We will also be using them for our pest control business as well and I suggest you do too. Their pest control manager is the most knowledgeable in the business!

Had a recent home inspection completed by this company. They performed up to my meticulous standards. Aron was the tech. He was on time, thorough, and informative. I had the report back the next day in PDF format. They also include termite inspections for an additional fee, so I had 2 techs out performing separate services simultaneously. I used the $ 25 for $ 50 Unilocal coupon, so mention it when booking.

Very approachable company. They couldn’t fix my bug problem, as I live in a very old building, but they were up front about it and they offered me viable solutions instead of vague promises.
The 4x initial program didn’t do wonders, but it definitely helped.
(They even came out a 5th time for free, because the situation hasn’t gotten better.)
I’ve contracted them for a 1x month extermination, to keep the critters at bay. Here’s hoping.

We’ve been using Inspect-​All for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with them! They handle our termite contact as well as regular pest treatments. The techs are always the friendliest, most professional guys. They arrive when they say they will and do a great job. They are extremely knowledgeable about their industry and the science behind it. I also appreciate the fact that they are always cognizant of our pets when plan and treat our property. I’d also like to give a shout out to the wonderful ladies who run the business side of things in the offices. Every single person I’ve spoken with on the phone has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great people make a great company! I highly recommend Inspect-​All Services!

We hired Inspect-​All to do a Home Inspection and Termite/​Pest Inspection on a house we were considering buying. The inspector, Todd, was very professional and gave us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision about buying the house. We asked lots and LOTS of questions and he never acted as if we were a bother and he took the time to answer all of the questions that we had. Wooweeee. Buying a home is pretty stressful & kind of demanding.
But, the one thing that was easy peasy was the Inspection. I just called and gave them my info… everything else moving forward was done online. I think I spoke with a Monica or Jennifer when I set my things up. Nice lady. Super helpful. I even got a day before call as well as an email stating Brett (the Inspector) would be the one doing everything. My job puts me on the phones all day, so I quite literally cannot take a personal call often… so the email was pretty helpful.
Brett was wonderful! He’s very personable & able to give an honest answer when it comes down to what is allowed to go in the report. He was at the condo by himself the first hour then we got there. Not sure about you guys — but Moms in general are really good at nit picking through things. My mother went full on with the condo and asked Brett probably 49 804 034 questions. As well as my Realtor. He was solid on all answers. He had his camera, laptop and bag with him just in case. I even had some questions or asked him to relook some switches — he was more than happy to do them.

We’ve used Inspect-​All for quite a few years now. Customer service by phone is always excellent and very friendly. But more importantly, the technicians that have come to the house have always been very courteous, friendly and helpful in solving some of the problems we’ve had. Most recently, Kevin, came out to do our mosquito service and he was awesome. So friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about all things mosquitoes.

I’ve used them twice now. Both times the inspector wasn’t more than 10 minutes late. He was super thorough and helped to explain some things as he went while we were there. In both cases we got our report the next morning for the main inspection. It’s really easy to read. The pest inspection report the first time was given to us a 2⁄3 days later and the second time it was provided the next day. Radon test always takes a couple days to collect results. They also offer a mold test, but we didn’t do that.
I didn’t like that after using them I kept getting email solicitations to use their pest services, but it was super easy to unsubscribe. Also, whenever I’ve called them to book them or ask a question, the lady on the phone has been really friendly and super helpful. The kind of person you just want to call to gab on the phone for hours with. It’s helpful to know you can pay in advance with a credit card on their website or you can pay in person when the inspector shows up.
At this point I would say these guys definitely deserve their stellar reputation, but I of course would update my review if after moving in to our property we find that they missed stuff they absolutely should have discovered.
