Immaculate Cleaning LLC

I purchased a groupon for my son who tried to use this service to have his apartment cleaned. (it was really dirty.) The groupon was for a two hour cleaning. The owner arrived at 11:05 am. My son left his apartment at 11:30 am. The owner apparently thought no one was at home, he did not realize a roommate was still in the apartment. The kitchen counters were cleaned however not much else was done. The bathrooms were still dirty and no garbage was removed. The owner left at 11:55 am. He clearly took advantage of two young college kids.
This was very disappointing and disheartening. I do not trust Immaculate Cleaning and I would not recommend this company unless you plan on supervising their actions.

Wow — I had been really impressed with Rod’s cleaning and crew, but I am so disappointed about the way things have transpired. He is a really nice guy but we had an unfortunate communication that led to the dissolution of our relationship. He quoted me a price for cleaning and although we started with about every 3 weeks, the last 3 months has been about every 6 (my choice; he never complained or said the price was contingent on a certain schedule).
This was always fine until he neglected to confirm an appointment I had on my calendar today and nobody showed up. When I asked him about it because I’d requested the appointment 3 weeks in advance, he got upset about my schedule of cleaning, even though he’d never mentioned it before. I told him I would have happily paid a premium for him to come less regularly, had he ever mentioned it. He was COMPLETELY unprofessional in his communication; I’ve never seen anything like it. Our house probably isn’t a joy to clean, but I am floored at the total lack of communication when he had any kind of problem. I can never recommend this service after this experience. So disappointing.

Excellent cleaning service. Very punctual in returning my initial call. Asked specific questions about what I was looking for. Punctual with the actual appointment. Cleaner again wanted to know everything that I was looking for in the cleaning. When I got home later that day, my apartment was glistening. Immaculate Cleaning did a fantastic job with an exacting scrub down of my place — just what I had been looking for. I’d definitely recommend them!

Rod brings passion into what he does. And that separates just a good job from the amazing work he and his associates perform. My expectations are continuously met and exceeded with every visit. Prices are reasonable and work is professional. And they are always kind and a joy to see. I’ve never been one to use a cleaning service, but when I started traveling for work I decided to get a little help and so glad I stumbled upon Rod first. This is definitely the place to go for all your home service needs.

Great service. Rod and his staff are very courteous and pleasant. They pay attention to detail and are very efficient. My place looks great!
