Friendly check-in and restaurant staff but the place is just not really deserving of Hilton name. The room smelled very musty and had a damp feeling. The décor and furnishings badly in need of renewal. Peeling wallpaper and dirty air vents and carpet were among some of the issues. Bathroom door splitting and cracked. Little old refrigerator with an old microwave sitting on top of it was an extra in our junior suite. Fortunately the pillows and bed were comfortable so we managed to hang in there for three nights but will most likely return for our next conference to stay at the nearby Marriott where we’ve stayed previously.

This place looks nice on the outside and the guest services are really great. What was not great was all the private parties they had there every night. Not only were the party folks loud and rude. it appeared that none of them spoke English… On our floor they were up all night yelling god only knows what down the hall to each other, slamming doors and banging on the freaking walls all night. I stayed there two nights and never got a good nights sleep. They also over charged us for our stay when I got a quote for the room and reserved it for a much lower price.

I just stayed at the Hilton Norcross for the first time this week. The room was comfortable and clean and very good for working from my room. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I was attending an event at the hotel and found the ballroom was very nice for the event and everything went smoothly. Sandi Franklin helped with the event details and catering and was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future events.
