I started coming to this Hardees back in 2013. I used to work up the street from here. And going back, even occasionally, I have ALWAYS gotten great service and hot food. They may make a mistake every now and then, but they correct it with a smile and no hassles. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff for always giving the best customer service!

Stopped in to pick up a chicken and egg biscuit. Order came up quickly. Asked the cashier for strawberry jelly and his reply was «Thank you, have a great day.» I repeated my request and once again he replied, «Thank you, have a great day.» At that point, I just looked in the bag and noticed that there was already jelly in the bag. Not sure why the cashier couldn’t just tell me that but I guess that kind of customer service just comes with the territory on this side of town. Regardless, my biscuit was tasty, although the egg was paper thin. Most likely, I will return if I’m on that side of town since this is one of the last Hardee locations remaining in the city of Atlanta.

This Hardee’s is on the route I take occasionally going to work. If I’m too lazy to make breakfast then I usually will stop here to get it. The employees are usually nice with the occasional attitude but overall they do pretty well with customer service. This morning, the lady at the drive thru window told me good morning & asked how I was doing, gave me my food, and then rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for ketchup for my hashbrowns & jam for my biscuits. She kindly got it for me afterwards tho. Like I didn’t know how to feel. It made me laugh tho lol. They are always fast also.

Always hot and always fresh!!! We enjoyed the need to be world famous chicken fingers!!! Those Jammie’s are cooked to order and hot! I so enjoy here because of the high quality chicken fingers by the way, there are 4 fast food restaurants within walking distance this is bar none thee beat chicken fingers thus is the best even for take out and easily outshines the beat sit down restaurant for chicken fingers

No need to write a long a review because I don’t really have any complaints and hey –it’s Hardees…
The food comes out fast, hot and tasty, and the employees are always nice and professional. Thank god they went back to the original chicken finger recipe because they are delicious.
It gets really busy on Sunday mornings with the church crowd that comes through. Last time I was in line I heard interesting conversations. I especially liked the conversation of the two older men in line talking about watching their diets because of suffering from a stoke and diabetes… all while waiting to order their steak and gravy biscuits…
