Hampton Hall Apartments

You get what you pay for and all the negative reviews are pretty accurate. Also, although most residents are great, there are a few odd balls that will ruin it. The guy above my apartment would blast crappy techno music and complain about my dog barking. I’m fairly positive her ears were in pain from the horrible music and base coming into my apartment.

I’m jason and I just moved in, the property is amazing its so quiet day or night u can hear a pin drop. I’m so happy to be here. A great manager name Donna, will help you. 1 & 2 & 3 bedroom. Great & Perfect location, shops all around everything is right there. very clean and inside the apartment is beautiful, I couldn’t ask for anything better. If u want peace and quiet this is the place to be. I give this a perfect 10.

I have lived here for 12 years and I LOVE it! Maintenance is good and service is in a timely matter. My neighbor has lived here for 43 years and she loves this place. We just got new roofs added on all the buildings and a new black top parking lot. The manager is great and she is professional. She knows all the residents, by name as I took my tour. The property is small, clean and very quite. The apartments are kept up very well, even though they were built in 1967.

Want to live in a hole? Move in here! I began living here in college because the rent is super-​cheap and the location is pretty good. However, I’ve stayed here beyond college because my student loans are astronomical, and, like I said, the rent is cheap. Cheap rent = crappy living conditions. My previous apartment in this complex had a huge roach problem and the noisiest neighbors ever. When we moved into our new place, we had stained carpet, and our linoleum kitchen floor immediately began to fall apart. We also had problems with the bathroom sink right away involving smelly mold, and that had to be fixed multiple times before it was actually fixed. Our most recent problem is the air conditioner, which keeps running and running and running in order to keep the place cool enough (obviously there’s a problem with the coolant or something, and our electric bill had tripled). We called at least 3 times about it, and a few weeks later, their «solution» was to come and turn our AC down to 65 degrees. Not fixed. The maintenance takes forever to fix stuff here, and when they do, they half-​ass the job. Plus the place just looks crappy. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place. Please.
