Super satisfied with the service I received from H&A today. Cracked window put me in a funky mood. Called around and got quotes from others in the $ 350+ range. Called H&A…had a quote in less than 15 more the half the cost of others. They got to me in less than 2 hours and I was on the road again look good with a shiny new high quality windshield in less than 45 minutes. Fast, friendly, affordable, effective! WAY better than Safelite. 5 stars all the way and highly recommended!

My car got broken into, never fun, but H&A responded quickly with a good quote via Unilocal,and were able to come out next day to do the repair. The process was quick and easy, exactly what you need when you’re dealing with lame crime. Plus, the overall communication was top notch and the service guys efficient. It only took them 15 minutes to replace a small window and they were polite and cleaned up the broken glass. I agree with some of the other reviewers — seriously thank God for Unilocal making it easy to find good service providers.

Called Tuesday, they were here Wednesday at 10am on time with a smile and a handshake, Replaced my windshield seamlessly in less than an hour, made sure I knew not to run it through am automatic car wash for 24 hours to ensure the bond. Absolutely INCREDIBLE service from start to finish. I called Jesse after calling several other companies. Not only was he able to book my appointment the next morning, H&A beat out all other quotes! It was SO convenient to have them come to my house!
Nelson arrived this morning (early) and changed out my windshield. I also had a problem with another vehicle with water leaking and he was so nice to help me find the source to the leak.

Man where do i start… how about on the fact that they beat everybody’s price by a long shot. I shattered my windshield on a Saturday afternoon and they took care of it by Monday morning (I’d like to add that they would have done it the same day if it weren’t for the fact that my windshield came with a rain sensor so they had to order the glass), the fact that they were able to order my special windshield and get it replaced by Monday morning was awesome. Nelson was my tech and besides doing the glass swap real quick he was also a cool guy that didn’t mind talking to me as he was doing the work lol. It’s only been a week and I’ve had 2 people ask me who did my windshield and I tell them to not waste their time and just go ahead and give these guys a call. A1 service.

A rock smashed into the windshield of our Hyundai Sonata at the notorious I-​85. We needed it to be replaced. Insurance suggested we proceed to Safelite in two days for a rate of 360 plus tax. I took it upon myself to find a better place that can do it ASAP– lo and behold I found H&A who charged me only 160 and was able to do it within two hours of calling on a holiday :) The owner, Jesse, was easy to deal with and very friendly. The technician who came to our house, Jose, was also very gracious. Highly recommend this place.

My car was the victim of a smash & grab and my back passenger window was shattered. Before calling H&A I called Safelite Repair first thing the next morning. They said they wouldn’t be able to come to my home until the next week (6 days from when I was calling), or I could bring my car the next day for an all-​day drop off. They quoted me $ 368. I called H&A next and they quoted me $ 135 and were there within a few hours — right on time from when they said. The two gentleman were kind, professional, and finished quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I called this business the next day after getting my car window smashed by a crackhead who though my black plastic binder was laptop. Sorry, fucker!
This company gave me a reasonable ETA, came to my driveway and replaced the window which took about 20 minutes. Super easy, affordable and reliable. I hope I don’t need to, but I would definitely call them again.

More of the same. These guys are great. My Ford F-​150 got broken into and ransacked. The following day I called these guys, spoke with Jesse and got taken care of within hours. $ 135 for a sliding window replacement installed?! And all the glass vacuumed out of the truck was just icing on the cake. Great experience.

Called these guys for a Windshield replacement after someone broke into my car.
I’m pretty amazed at how hassle free and quick this was. JR and Will were very friendly and professional and they did a great job! To top it off, they came to me and the price was right!
The customer services was so good that I asked for cards so I can give to my concierge in case anyone needed recommendations in my building. Really odd how something so unpleasant turned out good.

So last night some scum ball broke into our 2005 Honda Element. Called the cops and the insurance company. Our insurance company uses Safelight but you can use whomever. I decided since they would schedule it, sure. Then I checked Unilocal.Their reviews were mixed but H&A’s were stellar. So I canceled Safelite and called. They arrived an hour earlier than they initially stated, calling first. Professional, courteous, and remarkably inexpensive. So wake at 7am, see the car and have it fixed by noon. Thank so much for something positive on this crummy day!

Great job done by a great technician. Jose helped me out before with a complete windshield replacement on my car. When a branch fell and destroyed my wife’s car’s front windshield, it was an easy call to ask that they come back and replace her windshield.
As an aside, we are no longer parking in that spot.

I called H&A Friday (Aug 28th) around 8pm. I spoke with Jesse, who was very helpful. I told him my situation. He need to call the warehouse and said he’d call me back in 10mins. He called me back within 5 mins. Gave me a great quote & Told me that he could have someone come fix my window Monday mid morning.
& that’s exactly what happened. Two Men. Junior and Will. Very nice! Very professional. Cleaned up the broken glass, put in my new window. Informed me of the regulator bracket being broke and referred me to someone who will fix it! All in all I’m very pleased! Thank you!

This type of service was buit for Unilocal! Built for Unilocal meaning to be small business and word to get out through recommendation. They are a savior in the car winshield repair business. Shout out to Junior & Will who provide excellent customer service but represent cool everyday people. They were knowledgable, fast, timely in the job they performed. I wouldn’t recommend anything else but this place in their field. It starts with them. It doesn’t matter if you’re in Sandy Springs, Duluth, Old National, MLK, Decatur, Midtown, Buckhead — they will meet you anywhere within the perimeter and get the job done. They will do it in about 45 minutes to an hour and the time will fly because if you’re waiting around — they are friendly to have a conversation with you & the next thing you know — job is done. Just like new. Great job!
