AVOIDTHISFLORISTATALLCOSTS I ordered flowers for my wife on 12⁄18 for delivery on Friday, 12⁄20 when I was traveling. They forgot to deliver on Friday. Then, after receiving my call later that night when the flowers did NOT arrive, they agreed to deliver on Monday, 12⁄23. No delivery on Monday. After calling the assistant manager(Lela) and the manager(Ms. Moon) six different times, I still did not get flowers delivered to my wife or reimbursement. After repeated calls to Lela and Ms Moon and about 6 promises to deliver or reimburse me, I called AMEX and had them reverse the charge. Stay away from this business, they don’t deliver, they don’t follow up and they don’t care.

If I could give no stars — I would. And ya’ll know I’m stingy with the 1 stars — you have to really do something to get that. So I HAVE to have 12 birds of paradise flowers for tradeshows. And they have to look good. Well my show started first thing in the morning monday, so I needed flowers on saturday or sunday. I talked to the woman at Gresham’s on Thursday and she said that she would drop off the flowers right after they closed on Saturday, so I could expect them when i got to my hotel saturday afternoon. Well I get to my hotel and there’s no flowers. I get upstairs — call Kinkos about another issue then call her shop — no one’s there… of course, she said they closed at noon. So I start calling the other florists on my list — I reach flowers by Taffie, and Taffinee promises that she’ll get the flowers to me ontime monday morning. I go grab a snack — but didn’t take my phone — come back… the flowers are there and she’s finally called to say she was«lost»(hell-O! I gave you an address for a reason… who cares if the hotel changed it;s name). Well — too late… I’d already ordered MORE flowers That said — I get back to the office today… I call to say I want a credit of some sort since I had to order double flowers since they weren’t there on time. She argues with me. What ever happened to the customer is always right — or even the customer deserves the benefit of the doubt since I may not have been clear — or even I overcharged the customre and could give her something back for screwing up a little. She thinks that since the flowers were there before monday that’s all that matters — never mind that she didn’t deliver on time. Basically — I was RIPPEDOFF. She charged me $ 10/stem(more than I’ve ever paid and TWICE as much as Taffie charged) and refused to agree that she was wrong. Go somewhere(anywhere) else… I recommend flowers by Taffie — but don’t go here!
