I have used
4 times and love there service. First off going to Russia was not a pain. It was very interesting and very lovely. I plan on going back and using them again to get me there. AAA told me it would take along time to get a visa. No problem with
Russia like any country outside the US is different. I have travled many places and find that no travel is easy because you have to travel. Again I would use them for my visa and sometimes there plane filghts are cheaper and sometimes not.
If you want to go to Russia cheaper than go in the winter but beware it is cold I mean really cold. If you go in the summer it is so lovely but can be cool.
I found out from my wife that tipping in Russia at 5% is plenty. Gave the waiter 20% and everytime we went back to that restaurant he came and took us to his table.
Most signs in Russia are in Russian so if you can not read Russian than be prepared to have a more challenging trip. If you ride the subway in Moscow you will need to get in the doors quickly as they show no mercy and when they close they are closed.
If you want to buy souvenirs than do not go downtown as they are very pricey there. Enjoy your trip. David
