When my wife became pregnant and could no longer get from other doctors the prescription narcotics she had become addicted to, Dr. Glenn was there to hand them out like Skittles on Halloween. If you are a pill seeker, this may be the doc for you.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment with Dr. Glenn. I was told I should come in today at 9:30am. I went to the address listed on her website, the aetna website, and her Unilocal page. When I got there I looked for her suite number and realized her name was not listed among the Dr.‘s at this location. I called the receptionist back only to be told that she did not see me in the system as having an appointment today. If that wasn’t bad enough, she put me on hold for 15 minutes. So, not only am I sitting in an unknown location, but I am on hold with nothing to do, but sit there and wait. When the receptionist finally came back she stated that I was at the wrong address and that I should come to Atlanta Medical Center. She asked for my name again and said I did not have an appointment. She asked what type of insurance I had and told me to come in anyway. Against my better judgement I decided to go. When I got to the Dr.‘s office it was PACKED. Since Dr. Glenn is the only Dr. in that location it appeared that no one had an appointment. :-(So, not only did I spend my ONLY off day going to the wrong Dr.‘s office, but now I have to wait hours to see the Dr. I finally decided to just leave. I will NEVER go back here and strongly suggest that you don’t either.
