I’ve come here many times. My clothes always come back clean and fresh. They even get out the toughest stains. My clothes are always ironed well. This place is very trustworthy and I will never go anywhere else.

I agree with the other reviewer that the atmosphere is good, and the lady in the shop is very nice and motherly. it was fine until recently. they lost my silk blouse and for over two weeks did not admit that.
Now the manager (not the lady in the shop) told me to wait for another 2 – 3 weeks until they can see if my blouse turns out somehow, in case they packed it with some other stuff. No apology was even given. — «Our machine broke down and it was late» — why should I care about that? «your blouse may have gone with some other stuff somewhere». at the very least, say sorry for doing a bad job.

Very nice lady in a sari, with a picture of an esteemed (ancestor? spouse?) in ceremonial dress on the counter. Good atmosphere, is what I mean, kindly, motherly. And a consistently excellent job, no damage, ironed well, spots out, mending and small seamstress jobs done very well. Trustworthy. I switched because I realized I’d lost confidence in the one across the way after a few too many mangled buttons, silks.
