I specialize in a very diverse clientele, my clients range from doctors, executives, nurses, teachers, professors, athletes, entertainers, lawyers, housewives and etc. Along with ages ranging from 15 – 80. I also work with clients who are disabled with limited range of motion, as well as individuals who are obese and, may have heart disease. I am to work with you around your hectic schedule and any ailment you may be facing to meet your fitness goals.

Couples Training
Whether your married or dating its always great to have a partner by your side to give you that extra push and motivation, these workouts are designed to help both people meet their fitness goals while finding some extra bonding time
Group Training
30min or 60min sessions that Consist of 3 – 6 people in a heart pulsing training session that combines resistance training, cardio, and abdominal work

GB Sweat Equity Fitness is a workout program that is individually customized to help revolutionize each clients specific fitness goals. I will teach and lead you down a path to radically change your fitness lifestyle, and help mold and architect your specific goals during each session. I use a combination of resistance training, calisthenics, anaerobic exercises, aerobic exercise, and isometric exercise during each session, to create a heart pulsing training session, that will increase the clients metabolism, and burn fat, while also building lean muscle tissue simultaneously. I am here to help lead you to you to the body you never think you could have, add years to your life, and decrease your chances of heart disease and obesity. At the end of the day there is nothing better than feeling healthier, and putting your clothes on and feeling more confident because YOU look GREAT in them.

Glenn Burroughs is originally born and raised in Chicago Illinois where he played Football and Ran track and field at Thornwood High school. He then attended Hampton University, where he would major in Health and Physical Education and play football for 2 seasons, before he decided to make a life changing decision to quit football and focus on his education, and his passion to help people change their lives through fitness. During his junior year at Hampton, he interned at Velocity Sport Performance where he worked with High School, Division 1, and professional Athletes. During his senior year he was hired as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness where he became one of the most sought after trainers in the tide water area. Upon completion of his graduation from Hampton University, he was awarded a full scholarship to Georgia State University to work on his Masters in Exercise Science. While at Georgia State he worked inside of the University’s fitness center where he focused on
