Had my S4 glass replaced on Monday to upgrade my phone and no worries, I was happy! Fast forward Saturday (same week) as I am pressing the home screen, a small piece of glass pops out underneath the button. Gasp! I immediately called and spoke to Jeremy about my recent visit and the warranty that comes with it and he tells me there is nothing he can do to help without me paying another $ 60 because the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage only defects! At the very least, he could have asked me to come in to take a look at it like a true professional would have. Looking back, I should have followed my gut to inquire more about why the button was more stiff when pressed after Jeremy fixed it while I was still there. Oh and nevermind all the oily residue that formed around the edges for 2 days. I was just happy to get my screen replaced at a reasonable price. I am due to return the phone back to Verizon to get the S6 but not now. At least not without paying for the same thing over again or a $ 299 damage fee. Per another tech surprise, surprise. my chip occurred because of the position the glass was placed in!!! I have never had such a horrible post-​tech experience! I really wanted to give this place five stars and to think I told four friends to go to these guys smh. Jeremy, its not always about the money and to address your insulting statement, yes, I do know how warranties work in the United States sir.

Came into town for a business trip, immediately dropped my iPhone5, shattering the screen. I called around to several businesses and decide to go with Gadget Wizardz since they said that they could do it for $ 55 and in less than 20 minutes. That was half the price of other businesses. Sure enough, Jeremy got it done in 10 minutes. He was extremely friendly and professional. The business was easily accessible, clean, and tidy. Awesome!

This place is amazing. Got my badly cracked 5c screen fixed for $ 60. It took less than 15 minutes. The service was great.

Good experience. Cheapest place I could find and in addition to the screen he put in a new battery at a reduced price.
The battery ended up being a dud, so I had to come back and wait again (hence the 4-​star), but they took care of me.
Most importantly, I’m writing 6 months later and the phone is still going great. He used higher quality replacement glass than I have gotten for previous repairs at different places.

The Great:
$ 50 to replace my shattered Samsung S3 phone screen.
Email notification that it was ready for pickup (in an hour as estimated.)
Nice to find the best price just 2 miles from home.
Nice to have weekend hours.
The Could-​be-​better:
Website hard to navigate, don’t think the price is even on there.
Hard to figure out what their hours were, with 2 Unilocal listings and a website all showing different times of operation.
Tried sending a Contact Us form inquiry but got no response.
If they were NOT the closest to me I could find, I would not have pursued them.

Gadget Wizardz repaired my iPhone 5C quickly and effectively. Very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to my friends. also very affordable when considering how much some vendors are now charging for repairing an iPhone 5C.

I called and priced checked several on here — by far they have the best pricing — they also are wonderful to work with.
I truly enjoyed my experience — and hope I never have to use them again — however it is good to know I have a place should I’m clumsy again with my phone.

After a tragic accident at a live Tom Arnold performance (let’s turn on our imaginations, here, but yes, my phone was «smushed» after watching Tom Arnold!), my iPhone’s screen took a turn for the worse. Not only was it completely cracked, but the digitizer was absolutely shot.
After visiting the AT&T store, someone had recommended me to this store. I had been quoted anywhere from $ 100-​$ 130, so that is what I prepared to pay. They quoted me at only $ 80, and had my phone fully finished in only 30 minutes! They were courteous and reasonable, and I have to say that it was actually a much less expensive and stressful experience than I had expected. No complaints! :)

I had Jeremy replace the glass on my 5s. I noticed the vibration on the phone stopped working AFTER the glass was replaced
I called to get him to repair it but kept getting the run around. Since then I got it repaired by ubreak Ifix. Horrible customer service covered up by ok personableness. It’s sad but I won’t be referring him to anyone.

I had a great experience with the guys at Gadget Wizardz. They were very professional did an amazing job on fixing the screen on my shattered iphone 5s. Best prices I could find online and great attention to detail. I stopped by after work and the technician fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes. They answered all my questions and even called to follow up and make sure my phone was working well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their smart phoned repaired!

If I could give this guy six stars, I would. I dropped my phone twice and my iPhone screen was basically off my phone. Additionally, my home button had fallen completely off. Still, he managed to fix my phone in all of 10 minutes and it works great! I would definitely go back in case I drop my phone again.

Dropped my Galaxy S4 in the parking lot one day and completely shattered the screen. Searched for someone near Buckhead and found these guys. Dropped it off early Sunday and they said they’d have it back to me in an hour. Came back to the store and it was as good as promised. They couldn’t have been any more courteous or polite and will definitely do business with them again. My phone looks as good as new!

Great service. I called up there and talked to Jeremy to see if they could fix my white Galaxy S4. LCD was destroyed and unresponsive. He said no problem. I went down there and Paul took care of me. Lowest price I found.
He informed me he had to go pick up the part, so that I would be aware of how long it would take and what to expect. By the time I came back, my new looking phone was waiting for me. No issues, great customer service. Fast, during my lunch break. Thanks guys.

I loved how to got my device working in no time very professional and the service is awesome the movie was good as well.
