I was very frustrated with my experience with Full circle Lighting. First, I felt like I dealt with too many people, who all asked me the same questions and didn’t seem to document anything or share their notes. I sat down with the lighting designer to go over my show in detail. On tech night, he forgot his notes. Even after communicating detailed information several times, the finale of my show was botched. The worst part was afterwards: the company told me I needed more lights another night of rehearsal and several additional things to achieve what I wanted. Why didn’t they tell me this BEFORE the show? Because they wanted to make the sale, so they promised me things they knew they couldn’t deliver. If the had been honest, using them would have been out of my price range. So, they have their money now and have refused to answer my questions on what went wrong, by deflecting the blame on my limited budget. Very dishonest and unethical. Do not trust these people.
