Just had a layover at Hartsfield Atlanta(7-19-2015). Stopped at Fresh Healthy Café in terminal C. They did not have kale or mango for my first 2 choices of mixed juice. For my 3rd choice, I chose the caribbean splash with wheatgrass. Same price. Great. The manager came by and said I have to pay extra for wheatgrass. 3 strikes, you’re out!

I’m always trying to find this place when I fly through Atlanta. This time I Unilocaled it. Healthy, delicious, interesting salads and fresh juices well made. The opposite of most airport food. I totally feel great after eating here. The avocado smoothie was really nice. Kale Salad with various options was delicious.

I’m at the airport waiting on my flight so I think there’s no better time to write my review on today’s experience with the café. I walked from end to end of terminal C in search of something to eat. I had free time on my hands so I stopped and looked at the menu options of every place in here. A couple of places caught my attention like the Links spot and Brews and Blues but I wanted to get something kinda healthy. I was getting ready to head back to the other end when I looked across and saw this bright, welcoming establishment. It’s small so I almost passed it but I’m really glad I didn’t! I stood outside and viewed the menu as best I could. I had to step inside because the writing was kinda small(or maybe my eyes are just bad). Unlike every other placed I stopped at, they greeted me and told me how the menu works. I(of course) asked the cashier what she likes and she recommended the southwest fiesta panini with a pineapple paradise. I chose everything she recommended but the only thing I didn’t take her advice on which I wish I had, was ask for no black beans. While I waited they offered me a sample of Avocados and cream. It was really good! My pineapple paradise with immune support was really tasty. I drank half of it before I made it to my seat on the other side of the terminal. My sandwich was really tasty but I think the beans muted the flavors of the rest of the sandwich. Overall I enjoyed the whole meal as well as the customer service I received. I’ll be back!

They make a lot of juices that are fresh but their salads and sandwiches are in the cooler to the left. There are a few things you can order and they make it in the back. Nonetheless, I enjoy their fresh juices with wheatgerm. Each time I visit the Atlanta airport, I stroll down this establishment.

Absolutely UN-fresh. I ordered the hummus salad made-to-order during my connection. Sat down at the gate to eat my salad, and they served me rotten cucumbers. They were slimy and gooey. At first, I had thought that it was some kind of dressing, but then I realized that there’s no dressing on that salad. My flight started boarding, so I sprinted back to get a refund. The manager looked at me with a very unsympathetic face and didn’t even inspect the salad to see about my complaint. She just processed my refund and asked if I wanted anything else. Considering their lack of detail to their«fresh» ingredients, I enthusiastically replied«no.» Only one star for the staff at the register attempting to make up for their manager’s and coworkers’ lack of customer service.

I just discovered this amazingly healthy restaurant in Concourse C. It’s almost hidden, and across from the Samuel Adams restaurant and bar near gates 45 – 50. I had a wonderful roasted vegetable soup and some fresh packed Veggie Chips. They also offer a lot of sandwiches on good breads and salads — even a Kale Salad folks! And wheat grass shots! They whip up other fresh fruit and vegetable juices and non-sugared drinks, have granolas and cereals… I am amazed! It’s sad the entire staff has to chime out a greeting to each and every visitor(in an airport?!) as that gets annoying as you wait in line or you sit across the way to eat, but otherwise, if practical, I am going out of my way from now on to eat at Fresh and Healthy.

Lots of fresh made juices, organic food and generally healthy fare here at the airport. Yes, airport prices but no worse than a Jamba Juice. Note there are things you can order that aren’t on the menu, too, like a «detox». Not for me but may be great for others. Service was unenthusiastic but equally so across each customer that came in and waited on their food.
