Business Owner

Edward (Ned) D. Flynn, III received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina (B.S.-Accounting, Cum Laude 1980), where he also graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration and Law Degree (M.B.A. — J.D. Joint Degree program). He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1984, the Florida Bar in 1985, the Georgia Bar in 1986, and the Washington, D.C. Bar in 1987, and is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

After gaining valuable trial experience as a prosecutor with the Florida State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Flynn joined an Atlanta law firm concentrating in the area of medical malpractice insurance defense litigation. Soon after, he partnered with Jon Gottlieb to establish Flynn & Gottlieb, P.A. in 1988.
