Ob/Gyn and Midwife Associates has a phenomenal staff and a warm, friendly atmosphere. You get far more than the standard type of prenatal care here, instead they offer a family-centered approach that prepares the mother and family for birth. To top it off, this is also one of the few practices that provide water birth here in Atlanta– in addition to other types of births including unmedicated, medicated, high risk, etc. I highly recommend the midwives Marsha Ford and Angelina Ruffin as they both go above and beyond to help women to have the best birth experience possible… P. S. They take most insurance plans, you just have to ask the name of the physician they file under.

Marsha Ford is the most amazing woman. She took me through the worst of situations when I was broke, reasonably abused, and in need of medical care. I owe the world to this woman. She didn’t deliver a baby for me (although, years later when I actually was pregnant I seriously considered her for my midwife. However, I had health insurance then so…) but she can do everything a Gyno can do. LOVE HER!
