Worst experience ever, wasted $ 600 on glasses that didn’t and will never fit right, the worst customer service, even the lenses weren’t cut right, they are progressive and I can’t read from the bottom impossible, a complete waste of time and money, went there 5−6x to have them adjusted ($ 300 designer frames) they are so UNCOMFORTABLE they can’t even be used as spares, Any reading glasses I ever bought over the counter fit, any sunglasses bought even on line fit, and were comfortable, I don’t have a Jurassic head at all. Don’t go here, they don’t stand behind their product at all. «Nothing we can do» is what was said to me, they never offered to send back to manufacturer, I asked if the lenses could be put in my old frame nope couldn’t do that either, oh well ??? Plus the first time you go there all attention is on you, when you go back they ignore you (hard to do in a space the size of a shoe box) Even in the beginning when I asked for a case that the glasses actually could fit in ??? (The designer VERA WANG Frames didn’t come with their own case???) They acted like I was asking for something free, and I was being a nuisance, anyway wound up with a KATE SPADE case so My guess is these frames are rejects or Phony Replicas totally!
Don’t go there too many other places to go way too many.
