Staff was sooooo nice and pleasant! I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. My glasses arrived the exact day that they said they would. I’m amazed at their customer service and speedy turn around time! I’ll be back for sunglasses! Thanks so much!

Always greeted with a warm hello from all of the Eye Elements support staff… made me feel welcomed! My case was an extreme eye issue with detached retinas plus horrible eye sight. I was directed to Eye Elements and Dr. Teri by my wife whom had used Eye Elements in the past with great results. I was skeptical that anyone could actually help me. Dr. Teri was so supportive and never gave up on me and assisted me in doing the best she could with my terrible eyes. We went the contact lens route until there really was’t much left. She directed me to a surgeon who would help with the cataract condition as well as corrective eye sight. Keep in mind I am almost 70 so things kind of moved fast for me. I trusted Dr. Teri and WOW was she right on… everything that she said would happen happened! I had a visit with the doctor last week and tested out at 20/20…given my rotten eye sight I had no hopes of ever getting to that «normal» level. Dr. Teri you are my angel here on earth. I envisioned me being one of those old people wearing coke bottle glasses for the rest of my life. Did I tell you how great it is to wake up in the morning open my eyes and SEE… may seem like a small thing but to me it is a miracle and I have Dr. Teri to thank.

My son visited them for the first time and really was pleased with the company and Dr Hung. She was very thorough and detailed and provided him with more information that the last eye Dr we had. She gave him the correct contact lenses which made a huge difference. Highly recommended!

I don’t do many reviews anymore for the very reason that makes reviews difficult to gauge: people are far more likely to post when they have a negative experience. Thankfully, I don’t have many negative experiences that are serious enough to warrant comment.
We had our son’s eyes evaluated by the folks at Eye Elements some time ago and got a strong diagnosis indicating the likely need for corrective eye procedures (patches, etc.) and purchased a pair of glasses for him at the time. We later were told by his pediatrician… that his eyes were just fine. We wondered at the discrepancy and decided to get a third opinion to settle the matter. We were told by a second eye doctor that his eyes are just fine and that we should not have received the original diagnosis.
We should also not have been directed to purchase glasses.
This experience is after an earlier incident where Eye Elements made a rather expensive mistake with my wife’s glasses and at first refused to acknowledge the problem, admit fault, and fix the issue. We had to file a complaint with our insurance company to mediate and resolve.
Our mistake for doing business with them again.
In the best case, the doctor that gave my son his original exam is incompetent, but I strongly suspect now that Eye Elements is dishonest and full of you-​know-​what.
Let me be clear: I recommend that you not do business with Eye Elements.

Quick. Convenient. Beautiful office. Kind and knowledgeable doctors. Supportive front office staff (not to mention cute: Sumaiya Islam). Too bad she’s married.

Great location and great service makes for a wonderful first time experience. Evan and Dr. Dyak are super cool. Definitely visit.

Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk was rather cold & unwelcoming. I told her I had an appointment for 1:30pm; to which she replied «you’re too early»! It was 12:45pm, and being a new patient I thought I’d arrive early to complete any required paperwork… guess I was wrong. No one greeted me, in fact they kind of over looked me. Once I went back for my eye exam, Dr. Dyak, quickly changed my outlook. She was very knowledgeable, warm, & personable. She addressed all of my concerns & ensured I knew what to expect during & after my visit. I will continue to frequent Eye Elements & would recommend family & friends alike.

Great service, very flexible– they were able to reschedule last minute to see me 30 mins earlier than my originally scheduled appointment. Extremely efficient, little wait-​time… I saw Dr. Dyak– she does a fantastic job!

Went to Eye Elements recently only to have one of the best optical-​clinical experiences to date. I was greeted by very nice smiling administrators, who got all of my information from me timely and accurately. After only waiting 5 minutes the tech did some initial measurements of my vision. She was extremely nice and courteous. After only waiting about 5 additional minutes, Dr. Dyak greeted me and continued to test my vision. She was very professional, and had a very efficient/​transparent way of explaining my vision tests/​results to me in lay man’s terms, so I fully understood aspects of my vision (or lack thereof). After my check-​up was completed Evin, gave me fantastic advice of styles and looks that fit both my style and my face shape. Will continue to go and see Dr. Dyak and the Eye Elements team, as I was impressed by the entire process!

Dr. Terry Hung was very professional and thorough with my exam. She explained everything in details about my exam and eye conditions I have. Excellent experience.

I hadn’t had an exam in about 8 years. It was super easy to schedule an appt — then I got in and was impressed with the service. Dr. Dyak really knew her stuff and explained to me exactly what she was doing and what it all meant. If you’re looking for a reputable place that has good Doctors — this is definitely the place to go!

The team at Eye Elements provide quality and comprehensive Vision care services. Drs. Hung are very detailed during the eye exam. The staff are well trained in customer service to assist clients in choosing the perfect frames.

I went here months ago to get my first glasses in years, after wearing contacts only for about 10 years. I first looked at my eye doctor’s prices and selection, and flew out the door as quick as I could. I’ll stick to her for just the doctor stuff, she’s great at that. Then I went to LensCrafters. Going to LensCrafters is an experience probably on par with going to the DMV. I actually had a quicker and more pleasant experience at the DMV in Sandy Springs when I was getting my GA license.
When you walk in it looks more like a luxurious boutique than a doctor’s office or optical store. The salespeople were extremely friendly, courteous and patient. They offered opinions on different styles and provided insight into which shapes best fit my facial structure.
I narrowed it down to two frames and the salesperson’s honest opinion steered me in the right direction. My wife was scared that I would choose strange frames but I came home and she was thrilled. I was provided a quote of two weeks to receive my glasses and I received them exactly two weeks from the date they were quoted. No issues, perfect fit.
Overall a five-​star buying experience and I would highly recommend Eye Elements for their great selection and customer service.

Always extremely polite and efficient. I live about 30 miles from the Dunwoody office but I still go to this particular office for this reason. The doctor is always super nice and friendly and always patient with any concerns you may have.

Another great experience from Eye Elements and the team. Was able to get an appointment within a few days of requesting. Office is clean and new. Optional tests (not covered by insurance) have gone up $ 10 to $ 35 in the last couple of years, but still worth the additional cost for the peace of mind.

I found Eye Elements through Unilocal because it’s close to where I live and work. The last time I went to an optometrist was roughly about 2 years ago and I primarily got contacts, so since my glasses were at least 3 years old, I felt it was time to get new ones especially because I felt like uncomfortable wearing them sometimes.
I had an appointment with Dr Teri and she’s very good about answering questions and explaining things. She’s also good about explaining each step she’s taking during the eye exam. I must’ve asked her a dozen questions because I’ve had lots of eye health issues the past few months. I ended up having to come back because of an eye infection, but she was good about helping me with prescriptions and remedies. The facility seems new and clean. I like how they have a station for you to remove your contact lenses which has a modern sink, automated soap dispenser and paper towels. It gets a little messy there because it’s a shallow sink, but looks cool.
So in terms of contacts, their prices are pretty close to what you get on 1−800-Contacts. I did my research thoroughly on comparing prices. I ended up ordering through Eye Elements because of convenience.
I also got new glasses. Obviously, a lot of this is going to depend on your vision plan. The selection of frames was ok. I was hoping there would be more different styles, but it seems like these days it’s focused on different frame colors. They carry some high-​end designer brands, but I ended up picking one of the «free» frames that come with my insurance coverage. My only gripe is that lenses seemed expensive because I paid over $ 250 for them. I don’t remember having to spend so much on lenses before.
Otherwise, my experience at this optometrist was better than my last one, especially with picking out frames. I had my boyfriend with me this time and while he picking out the winning pair, the sales lady who helped me had a pretty good sense of what looked good/​bad on me too. Opinions helped. I also bumped into Dr. Teri a few times when I was getting my glasses and she remembered me, so I like that it’s somewhat personal.
Glad i found this place.

Avoid Eye Elements. They do not listen to their clients. Definitely a sub-​par experience. There are plenty of better options our there.

Was able to make an appointment day-​of, and within a two hour window was able to get an eye exam, pick out a new pair of glasses, get lunch, and pick up my prescription afterwards. I’m used to waiting a week or so for glasses so this was a godsend (I broke my previous pair and start a new job next week).
Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been to Eye Elements three times now (annual eye exams) and have always experienced very pleasant visits. The office is very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. During our last visit (1÷31÷15), I purchased glasses and they were ready the same day. Dr. Teri Hung is very friendly, thorough and patient. We haven’t met Dr. Michael Hung, but I’m sure he’s just as great as his wife! Thank you!

Designer location but inferior product. A lifelong –5.50 glasses and contacts. The plastic that they use for their lenses is inferior. What I tried to take the product back after the 30 day mark they said that it was out of warranty. I tried to tell them that I have to wear this product for another 2 years until my insurance kicks in and I can get another pair of contacts or glasses. Don’t get me wrong the optometrist are very friendly. but the company that actually makes the glasses I was not been impressed.
