Some 30+ years ago on Maui, Ms. Covington began working with top national and international leaders from business, academics, politics, and entertainment.

These top performers often secretly struggled with blind spots or unconscious blocks while seeking peak performance. They had tried coaching, therapy, medications, alcohol, or other ways to try to change their inner negative feelings. However, these methods don’t offer the pathway to peak performance.
