History

Established in 2008.

I established my business because I kept talking to people who weren’t comfortable in a traditional gym environment. I wanted to be accessible to people with fluctuating schedules and accommodate all their training needs. A big concern of mine is the number of children who are becoming obese before the age of ten. Increased cases of diabetes, congested heart failure, high blood pressure, people passing at an early age due to an illness or becoming dependent on experimental meds with harmful side effects — I wanted to do something about it. I figured people wouldn’t have any excuse not to change their lifestyle if I am accessible to them and holding them accountable.

«EPIC LIFE Weight Loss is a team of owners. «As health coaches we’re really passionate, dedicated, and sincerely care about the health, and well-​being of our clients. We believe that self improvement starts with the internal belief that it is indeed possible to not only «change» but to accomplish a complete «metamorphosis.»

We want to help you learn, achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle change long after our training has ended. We believe you have to master the basics of form and breathing– and, be focused on small details to target the muscles correctly. Then they will grow stronger, and be more flexible for your desired health/​fitness/​& sports goals. We’re a a firm believer that exercise and a clean diet have to coexist to maximize long term results.
