I love this nail salon and I won’t go to anyone else there except Joseph he is my favorite and he is a beast when it comes to doing my gel nail polish … he just does a great job

Hannah was the best! I was nervous to get my nails done at a new place while I am here on business but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man and he immediately sat me down and brought Hannah over to help me. She was sweet and funny and made me very comfortable. I told her about a previous experience about another salon so she tried extra hard to make me comfortable. I will be willing to drive 4 hours to get my nails done here again.

Really love the color selection. Gel nails for 30 dollars. Everyone has given me compliments on my nails since then. Of course I will be back.

Great nail salon! Fast service, never have to wait. They do a good job, my nails always last 2+ weeks before a fill in. They are a little bit pricier than other nail salons I’ve been to but overall the quality is worth it. Do watch out for occasional upsells. Recommended!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick! I love when I can get in and get my nails done quickly. They had a ton of nail color choices as well. I made an appointment for a friend and I to go together and they made it possible for us to sit next to each other as well!

This place is HUGE and the decoration is over the top– but isn’t that usually the case at nail salons? I found this salon on Unilocal and was drawn in by the 20% before noon special. I was treated to a gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. The girls who did my nails were pleasant and prompt but they didn’t do the best job. When I left, I noticed that I had gel all over my cuticles and my toe nails didn’t have that fresh pedicure look that I was hoping for. If I was in the area, I’d probably check out another salon.

Came as a walk in, was approached right away and seated for SNS dip nails refill. This place was very clean and serene; no loud chatting or obnoxious smells. Danny was the tech that did my nails, although I asked for only a fill, he took off everything and decided to do a full color SNS. He did a good job with most of my nails however the pinky nail on my right hand has specks of blue dust from the nail file. I asked him to remove them, he filed a little and painted over the same debris. I showed him again, he filed a little and still didn’t remove it. Then he rushed repainting, and was in such a rush to get me to leave. My nails were not dry and he pressed them and left his finger prints in my nails. If he was a little more patient, this would have been a better experience… and he never fixed the problem. I left a little disappointed because I really like the style of nails but he didn’t fix his mistakes. I am leaving to a doctor appointment so I had no extra time to get someone else to fix it. :-/​worst part. I was charged $ 45.plus $ 5tip when their site says $ 30refill/​40full color… smh

Horrible service, I came in for a fill in and nail repair and the man not only half assed the job but also up charged me for having long nails. I came in with a broken nail and cracked acrylic and he tried to have me leave with a fake nail on top of cracked acrylic! I told the manager and he tried to tell me he didn’t «do» bad customer service. He refunded me the money and made light of the mans work. I won’t be returning again.

I came in for a fill. I was told that it’d be better if they started from scratch & I get a new full set? Umm… ok
He cut all my real nails off which were long… ok
He did a new full set… in doing so he didn’t ask me the length he cut the new fake set so short. Then asked after cutting them all off is that length ok?
No I don’t like short fake nails.
He ignored me…
He worked quick & diligent. I actually liked how my nails looked happily & asked what color is this?

Umm…ok
He put my hands in the dryer & it timed for 6 mins-​waited additional time set 12 mins (just to be safe)
I went to tip him & in doing so-​2 nails got ruined
(They weren’t dry) not his fault but when I asked if he could fix them he acted annoyed & said that someone else would fix them. And then walked off. (Without accepting my tip)
The other guy took the tip & said while laughing-«I’ll take the tip but he’s gonna fix ur nails»
They argued for a little bit (which was very awkward) I wanted to leave but it’s so hard for me to get away from work and do simple things like this… it was uncomfortable.

Just left after having my manicure here. After weeks of crazy schedule for work and personal matters, I finally managed to find time to get my manicure done. I made an appointment so Ted (who else?) can do my nails.
My favorite mani/​pedi time is when the shop just opens at 9.30am, calm and quiet suits me best in the morning. I stepped in and as expected I was the first customer. The owner Alan greeted me and I told him I had a manicure appointment with Ted. Alan was the new owner of this salon since last year. He is always very friendly and nice. I remembered one time messed up a couple of my nails after I got home. I tried to salvage them since I always bring my own nail color, needless to say, I made a mess out of it. I went back to the salon and since Ted was busy with another customer, the owner personally fixed up my mess with no charge. Thanks Alan!
About Ted, he is really good in what he does. He has been doing my manicure for the past 3 years. I am someone who is all about great service and so far I am getting it here. I never get up sell by anyone since I first came here three years ago. Anyway, Ted is really the best here.
So 5 stars here from me. Oh, and the drying fans are all working today :)

I went there based on my hair stylist’s recommendation so I gave it a try and I’m actually sorry I did.
First, props the the owner and his wife. They are very nice– thus 2 the stars.
Now please keep in mind, I have been a nail biter since the day I got my first tooth so I was expecting somewhat of a miracle. I was getting married the following weekend and this was to be the first day of a week of pampering.
The owner advised me to get the pink and white French manicure for $ 53 — a little pricey, but I thought «what the hell!!» The nail tech guy did a terrible job! First, he took off way too much of the top layers of my nail beds on several of my fingers and one even bled. He put a couple of tips on crooked and when I asked him about it he said it matched my finger. The acrylic was applied too thick. I had asked the owner if they would clean up the dry skin and cuticle around the nail and she said absolutely — but he didn’t do it.
Ok, you might say that anything I got had to be better than what I had, but even my friends said it was a horrible job. Very disappointing.
I did opt for the deluxe pedicure and it was nice. The pedicurist asked me if I wanted to add on a 30 minute massage for 30 and accepted. So after the pedi was over she took me to a back room for the back and neck massage and that was a flipping mess! Instead of massage lotion — she used Ben gay I should have walked out then! During the massage I was dozing and she said something like” u need hour– you tense. «I did not agree but because I was dozing and not really paying attention she did an hour.
I was naïve in believing these massage person was licensed, but she wasn’t. Not sure how those places get away with that???
Once that was over she had me so slathered in Bengay — it was everywhere– especially all in my hair. My then almost husband almost did not believe that I was out for a massage because I was a mess when I got home.
In any case, it wasn’t a great experience and by the time I walked out of there the bill was 175, not including the tip.
I won’t go back

Great experience. Had to move due to the massage chair malfunctioning, but that was a minor hiccup.

Always a great experience when I come to get serviced. They have a wide variety of colors. Each nail tech is great and I’ve been serviced by different techs each visit. They are quick, but your nails come out perfect. Sophisticated ambiance with beautiful chandeliers and walk art. 20% off services on weekdays before noon!

I don’t have much to say. As I type more will come to me.
I don’t like how they expect you to pay them AS SOON AS they finish servicing you. My hands are wet. I need to wash my hands. I am just waking up from a nap. I need to use the restroom… whatever just let me be for a second. Instead I hear, «$ 30,» trying to hand me a receipt.
«$ 30. You pay now?» No upfront.
«It’s $ 30.» You tip big?
Okay, no one has ever said the tip big part but that is the look in their eyes with a sly smile. It quickly takes a relaxing moment to an annoying one. I pay my bills and tip if the service is good. Right now, service is tanking so please give me 50 feet. Apparently it works because several of the employees here drive expensive luxury cars. I do too, so lets both just chill. That comes from good service with moderate pressure, not hounding lol.
The job done is good and the prices are fair… especially for Buckhead. Oh, there is one other annoying factor and this is my overall experience at nail salons. Most dudes are not upsell opportunities. I worked in sales so I get it, but many of us just need basic manicures. We usually do not need gloss, paint, french tips, or the luxury package manicure that cost $ 70. LOL. They are a trip but consistently I am asked and the answer is always no. But yeah, 4stars though. #dropsmic…with a well groomed hand.

They were able to take me in rather quickly, but that’s where a lot of the good service ended. I came in for a massage, and while the nail salon portion of Eminence was busy I didn’t see anyone else getting massage service.
For starters, the massage table was not in the best quality. It looked like the sheets may have been new, but there was no swapping out or covering of the headrest. Not only is that unsanitary, it was in a pretty rundown condition. So I spent the duration of the massage with my face resting on what felt like sandpaper. As for the massage itself, before we started the masseuse confirmed it would be a one hour massage for $ 60. Weirdly enough, I pointed out that one of my problem areas was my lower back. When she saw that, she took off my underwear to get to it more easily. Huh? I’ve NEVER had a masseuse do that, so if I’m in the wrong I’ll eat my crow; but that seems super out of bounds to me. Then, during the massage she used her nails a lot, which is not only uncomfortable but could be unsafe if I got cut. (Haven’t seen any cuts, and I’m no hypochondriac, but that just seems like it’s begging for trouble.) Also during the massage she said «I’ll give you the 90 minute massage» because she said she was going slower to spend more time on my problem areas. Now, when someone offers a service worded that way, it sounds like that’s being done out of generosity/​her not being able to do her duty in the time allotted. Not sure how much later (I’d guess about 10 minutes) she said, «Ok how about 2 hour massage?» which made me suspicious and asked for a clarification on price; come to find out I’ve already begun a service that’s an additional $ 30. For me — STRIKE ONE. A salon trying to add on services that cost extra is one thing (and pretty standard business), but just alerting you that they’re going to do it anyway and not tell you the cost? Not ok.
The massage was not the best I’ve had but was alright, though she spent a lot of time applying pressure instead of rubbing out the kinks. I do have a pretty knotted back, and I understand it’s the same deal as showing up to a mechanic with a trashed car and expecting them to fix the damage in an hour — totally unrealistic. But for all the work she did and her justification of needing more time, I was not satisfied. Also, I’ve never had a masseuse not flip me over at the end to do additional arm and legwork, so I felt a little like there was no closure there.
After the massage I went to the front to pay. I’d noticed the Early Bird Special posted on the website (Mon-​Thu, 20% off during 9:30am-noon) and when I brought it up, the man at the front listed out all these conditions on why it couldn’t be done for particular services and how I’d lose money by doing 20% off. That’s STRIKE TWO — don’t offer a discount without advertising its caveats as well. And more importantly, you should be striving to please the customer, not trying to explain to them how 20% off is more expensive. That makes no sense at all — 20% off means 20% cheaper. Don’t need a calculator to figure that one out.
But the final nail on the head causing me to leave a one star review is that I checked in on Unilocal to get their $ 5 off discount. (That one they decided to honor.) While clicking the «mark as used» button, the man at the front pulled up the page to write a review and told me to fill it out. Um… no. That’s not how Unilocal or checking in on Unilocal works. I take my Unilocal very seriously, and as an Elite member at the time of this review, I need to make sure that everything I post is done with integrity as it reflects on me and on the Elite community. So there’s my STRIKE THREE. You want a review? Here it is. Honest and fair, and leaving me questioning how there’s so many 4– and 5– stars for this place on Unilocal when my experience left me pretty disappointed.

Love this salon. I use to go to a salon closer to my house but after trying here, this is my go to nail salon. The most I’ve ever waited was 15 minutes to be seen, but MOST of the time when you arrive you are taken care of immediately. This place is huge might I add. They have a wide range of nail polish and colors to choose from. The staff are always polite and helpful. Some people feel it’s pricey but I feel it’s average. I guess it depends on your price range. I will most definitely be back ! =]

Walked in here on a whim while shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I knew it was there but it looked small so I assumed there would be a wait any other time I considered going here. Since I had lots of free time this day (Friday early afternoon) I decided to stop anyway.
Boy was I WRONG! This place is monstrous! Easily the largest nail salon I’ve ever been in.
I was waited on immediately, pretty standard sign in sheet and all of that. Selected a color and when i’d finished my manicurist was ready.
As for the actual service, I was helped by two manicurists: Don and Diana. Don did my pedicure and Diana did my manicure. Don didn’t talk much but he was nice and didn’t rush through my service so he gets two thumbs up from me. Diana and I had a lovely conversation and this is odd for me because I typically do NOT talk during services, not because I’m unfriendly but I just like to enjoy the relaxation. Our conversation was easy and I liked her quite a bit. She gave me her hours and I will be requesting her from now on.
I will be returning this weekend. I only gave ⁴⁄₅ stars bc my polish chipped pretty quickly so I don’t know abt the top coat that was used. I will update this after another couple visits in case that was an anomaly.

I love this place. Had the mani and pedi with gel polish, paraffin bath, and sugar scrub. My feet and hands were left so soft and smooth. Working leaves me standing for 8+ hours at a time so the pedicure was MUCH needed. They scrubbed down my feet and attempted to smooth out the bottom of my feet to soften it up a bit – a little rough and painful but all in good taste. My toes still look like new 3 weeks later. DEFINITELY GO FOR THE GEL POLISH! It lasts forever! Mani and pedi is a bit expensive, but well worth it.

The cleanest, most professional nail salon/​spa I’ve ever seen or experienced!!!
Highly recommend Eminence! A full body, 1hour, massage plus mani/​pedi combo = $ 85! Worth every penny!
I was there with a group, we were serviced professionally, timely and with fun energy! This wife/​mom needed the stress relief and pampering and was treated very well!!!
