History

Established in 2000.

Now in her ninth year of practice, Dr. Elizabeth Caughey continues to guide and support her patients toward achieving and maintaining optimum oral health. Dr. Caughey has pursued extensive continuing education in her field. Her studies have enabled her to diagnose and treat complex occlusal disorders and to help patients with TMJ. The atmosphere in her office is relaxed, and she treats her clients more like guests than patients. All of her team members share her commitment to provide a comfortable, caring experience for every patient, every day. Dr. Caughey practices comprehensive dentistry. She believes in meeting each patient where they are in their experience of dentistry and of the conditions in their mouths. Each patient’s care is individualized, which empowers them to make decisions best suited to their needs. Dr. Caughey’s goal is to help patients gain a full understanding of their unique state and provide them with options to achieve optimum oral health.

Dr. Caughey graduated from the University of North Carolina dental school in 2000 and began private practice. She has attended the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and will begin participating as visiting faculty in the near future.
