So inefficient, and at 8:00 a.m., a time when coffee is on the top of the menu. One person making speciality coffees and doing do Very Slowly. Get it together Einstein.

Never had such terrible customer service. It began with the cashier fooling around, not paying attention to the customers and ringing up my order wrong. Then when I brought it to staff attention I was given an immense amount of attitude, eye rolling and the cashier created a story in which she apparently asked me in detail about everything I had ordered(which never occurred because she was too busy messing around with other staff and not addressing her customers) and proceeded to talk rudely about me as if I wasn’t standing five feet away. Will not be returning anytime soon unless staff changes or training is made.

This is the worst service I have had in 20 years at a restaurant. The woman taking your order is horribly rude when you order and I’m not sure if they are just intentionally slow or lazy but otay took 13 minutes to get one bagel! I wish I knew how to contact management because they would be appalled at the behavior and service here. Unless you have a 2 hour layover you won’t have time to eat at a fast food Einsteins at the Atlanta airport! Insanely terrible.

Ordered a tasty turkey got some sort of turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado. Very disappointed considering I waited 20 minutes between arrival and when I actually got the wrong sandwich.

This is probably the worst place I have ever been to while in Atlanta airport. I don’t know why their Sooo rude their but Hartsfield-Jackson Airport from one person to another y’all need to hire A WHOLENEWSTAFF. I don’t understand how they can be so rude but their neighbors know how to show good customer service.

Sorry Eintein’s ATL but you need some customer service training and teaching 5 people behind a counter with only 1 doing coffee and 1 doing bagels with 3 people watching the bagel person that this is called inefficiency. You are also wasting wages. Just have 3 efficient staff and you save a ton of money and satisfy customers. Completely slow and unmotivated staff need a refresh at this place. They screwed up one order I had to correct twice and took 15 minutes to put cream cheese on 3 toasted bagels. Never a smile from anyone. Wow. There were more customer eyes rolling here watching staff than a cornea eye transplant facility! 2 but only because the bagels were toasted and finally correct. Bagels are lighter and less dense than Goldbergs but the lox cream cheese was lacking in lox… skip this place unless you are dying for a bagel and have at least 20 minutes of time to waste at the airport.

Very good breakfast bagel with just the right amount of crunch to it. The people we friendly and it was a very busy place. They need to work on their efficiency. They kept calling names that no one responded to so I don’t think they were deleting people’s orders that had already been taken care of.

Rude cashier. Ordered a Nova Lox and Lashalia said they don’t make the sandwiches. She explained that they don’t make it at this hour because it takes too long and the hardest to make. I asked her to explained why doesn’t she make it. She said she ran out of Nova Lox. So wait? Are they sold out or plain lazy because it takes too long. Decided order the pepperoni pizza bagel instead. She also told the customer behind me that they don’t make egg sandwiches. This Einstein Bros is at a busy location and not making certain sandwiches because it’s at a certain hour is unacceptable(with the exception of the breakfast menu)

Busiest spot in concourse D. They moved the line fairly quickly, had a ton of options(thankfully a bunch with turkey sausage!!), and tasty food. The coffee was not the best. My biggest problem is the cashier who REALLY does not need to be working with customers. I didn’t see her badge, but she was loud and rude and especially unpleasant. She never once smiled at a single customer, and there were many of us.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the iced caramel macchiato. Got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Not only was the bagel cold the cream cheese was added and sloppy! My husband got a chocolate chip coffee cake and it was gross! Also 4 folks behind the counter and it took forever for everyone there to get their stuff. Go on to another coffee place as this isn’t worth your time.

Slowest place EVER! Don’t come here if you’re pressed for time! This poor lady waited 15 minutes and had to leave before they even gave her any food! Bottom line, if you are in a rush, don’t go here! The food was decent, but you can go across the way and get a bagel for a MUCH cheaper price!

Needed an easy breakfast to take on the plane. I ordered a bagel with shmear. Got a soda to go, as well. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it toasted. Yet, it arrived toasted. A decent amount of shmear, so that was good. And it tasted good even though I ate it much later when on the plane. They did a decent job of moving thru the long line. But the cashier was fussing about folks staying behind the line. Honestly, unnecessary. Something weird was going on with the drinks. They were serving up drinks that were not getting picked up. They would call out drink orders. I think they would do better calling out an order number or someone’s name.

Bagel order was correct. Yay! We made the mistake of ordering 2 frozen drinks here and it took forever. the person on duty this morning was slower than slow. Health department score was 88.

If you want to grab a quick bagel and coffee… well this it! I got a bagel and Cappuccino. I tried their everything bagel and I have to say it was quite good and a bit different from what I have had in the past. The Cappuccino was nice and very strong. The service level was past and we were in and out in quick time!

THINTASTIC Airports have many food selections. Some are good but most are horrible. I have noticed that some airport food is getting better. In fact some airports are going five star like, Rick Bayless’s Torta Frontera at O’Hare Airport or Matt’s Big Breakfast in the Phoenix Airport. So it amazes me when chains are trying to change their ways to deliver good tasting healthy options. Recently I was impressed with a chain at the airport. The Atlanta airport is huge and has a million food options. As I walked the terminal, I needed something healthy. I noticed that Einstein had a brand new Southwest Turkey Sausage with egg whites and I didn’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out this was where I was eating. The sandwich comes on a freshly baked good grains thin bagel which is baked fresh daily. I love the thin bagels. I really do not need all of those carbs in a large full size bagel. The real star of this sandwich is the turkey sausage. I love a good breakfast sausage that has hints of spice to it. This patty will not let you down. It has just enough kick to get your morning started. I also liked the salsa verde with spicy cheese & cream cheese on top. It’s a Southwest bagel sandwich so it better kick it up a notch but don’t be afraid because it will not burn you. The sandwich had egg whites too if you’re looking to cut back on the yellows. I love that restaurants are actually listing calories and fat. As a consumer it tells me where I am going. Some dishes can seem healthy but then you read the calories and you want to run and hide. This breakfast sandwich comes in at 370 calories and 13g fat, which is not bad for a fast food option. The line was rather long here but the staff kept it moving by taking orders and making food & coffee quickly. I would definitely come back here for a thin bagel breakfast anytime. The taste was really good. I once had a healthy breakfast sandwich at Dunkin Donuts and it was quite possibly the worse thing I’ve ever eaten. In fact, cardboard would have tasted better. So I must give some props to Einstein for not only making a healthy breakfast sandwich but also making sure it had a great taste. This will be my go to breakfast place when I’m flying out of Atlanta and I need a light breakfast to keep my belly happy, while I am in the air.

This Einstein is actually as bad as it is rated. During my experience the service was fine(the only thing positive). The bagel sandwich I ordered was ready in a few minutes. However, it was dripping with grease. The coffee was also absolutely terrible. It was both burnt and watered down. I didn’t even know that was possible!

I like many other Unilocalers should have read the reviews before stopping here. I too was in a hurry and figured how bad can you screw up a bagel. Well at this place you can. First off they are very slow here so if you are in a hurry look for something else. I can deal with a wait, but a bad tasting bagel… nope. It had no flavor and was rubbery. I asked for toasted… not firing it up in a microwave for 60 seconds. Like Hank from Manhattan said… what’s up with Schmooz? Just call it cream cheese. I had to look at the menu board a few times or realize what it was. I mean jeez… pre-coffee. The latte I got was tasteless… I should have just gone with my gut and ordered a regular coffee.

I ordered the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cinnamon and raisen bagel… tasty! The coffee was decent, mild, but decent which is what I prefer. The service was okay. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t overly friendly either. They were pretty busy the morning I was traveling, but the line moved fast to place an order and the wait for«pickup» wasn’t long at all. Bottom line, I’d try them again if I’m in the mood for breakfast the next time I’m at the airport.

Dropped by the Terminal D location. Line… If they served bagels like that in NYC, they’d be out of business in a day. Not friendly, very slow, and no real cheer at their work. Underpaid? Probably, given, yes, overpriced. A water, bagel + cream cheese = $ 7.50. «Shmooz» — why don’t they just call it cream cheese like everyone else? Bagel was toasted and sliced, and about 50% the size of a NY bagel in heft and density.
