We have been waiting for Dive In Inc. to install our in ground pool liner since they came to our home and took measurements the last week of March 2015 We have been given excuse after excuse and the have missed 5 or 6 appointments after we would have some one at the house to take care of our family dog to make sure he does not get out. We were told they are very busy with the up coming holiday. We were told they for the last time they would be at our home 05÷16÷15 in the morning for sure, well guess what no show again. This is a terrible company and they have terrible customer service. I am now looking for another company to install the liner, I guess I will have no pool for the holiday. I am told by a competitor they can have it ordered and installed in less than two weeks. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY
