Established in 2011.
This business was born from a former business which we shut down after 7 years and relocating to another state. The owner has a background in the hospitality industry as a manager for a 5-star hotel. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
The company has big dreams to own its own hotel within the next 5 years!

Erica started Diamond Hospitality Services as a stepping stone to her ultimate dream: to own a chain of hotels. Additionally, she would like to build her own branded hotel once she has established herself as a hotel owner. This company sets the stage for the kind of service requirements she will expect within the hospitality industry.
From setting up onsite concierge programs to providing the key personnel necessary to staff the administrative side of a building, we strive to be in position to take the HR headaches away from our clients and give them peace of mind.
