Business Owner

Attorney Patrick D. Deering, a native of Vancouver, Washington, earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, and a JD degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Married 20+ years to his law partner, JoAnna, he has three children. Mr. Deering is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida and has extensive trial experience spanning over two decades. As a former Florida Assistant State Attorney and Georgia Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Deering has a unique advantage in his comprehensive expertise as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. A consummate litigator, he has 100+ career jury trial victories in addition to numerous pretrial dismissals of lawsuits filed against firm clients.
