Day And Night Movers

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I set an appointment with plenty of notice and they DIDNT SHOW UP. We had to sleep on the floor !!! They kept pushing our time back AFTER sending our contract for a 4pm appointment, & when 4pm came they decided they would come at 8pm that night. Instead of coming at 8pm and keeping they’re word, they didn’t show and pushed out appointment to 9am the next day & tried to raise the price to 200 extra dollars ! 9am comes and they still didn’t show up !!! We’ve been calling them since 9am this morning and they have been IGNORING OUR CALLS. This business is very unprofessional, & if I could give them ZERO STARS, I would !

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY VERY HORRIBLE
This has to be the absolute worst decision I have ever made to hire this company. They called me at 11:14 am said we are running a few minutes behind and they ended up showing up 1 hour 16 minutes late. They rolled up in a Uhaul which was disheartening since on there site it appears they have there own trucks. They sent 4 guys and a rented truck to move my 3 ½ bedroom house. I had everything packed and moved to the front door to make things much easier on them. It took all 4 guys and there supervisor for total of 5 guys to move fridge from kitchen over to the uhaul, and then it took them 44 minutes to drive 8 miles back. Once they get the stuff loaded, it has already been a few hours just to load the truck. During the whole time I was also helping them move all the boxes and everything to help make this much quicker and easier for everyone at the same time. They ended up scratching my stainless steel washing machine and also the hard wood floors are all scratched up in my new house which I haven’t lived in for more then few hours before they arrived. I tried to talk to them about this and figure what they were planning on doing about the damage and they said nothing that it happens sometimes when people move things around. would I recommend them? NO I WILL NOT EVER. I paid 720 dollars for them, to do very little. they were going so slow that I had them move the stuff over and place everything into my new garage so that I can move it later and not have to pay them another 4 hours to move boxes. they are very slow, unmotivated, non caring, PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
