Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in the construction industry helping others decide whether to buy real estate. I answered questions like: Does the project fit the property? Can it be re-​zoned? How much will it cost? How long will it take to build? For more than fifteen years I helped clients like The Home Depot, Habitat for Humanity, and national home builder D.R. Horton make good real estate investments.

My goal is to bring together all my experience to ensure that your next real estate decision is fun, informative and rewarding.

Dave was great! He was very knowledgeable of many of the in-​town neighborhoods, as well as school districts/​zoning. I looked at several properties, and ultimately purchased one in the Grant Park area. Dave was helpful every step of the way.
He also has a great sense of humor, which is nice during the home search process.
All contract changes/​amendments were handled by Dave very quickly and accurately.
With big renovation plans in mind, I had a fairly cumbersome closing process to overcome. Dave was not «faint of heart», and provided assistance every step of the way. Additionally, Dave was very easy to get in touch with.
He was always quick to answer, or call back. No complaints. I would recommend Dave to a friend.

My husband and I recently relocated to Atlanta and had it not been for Dave we would have been totally clueless about how things work here. He gave us a ton of advice, helped is make the best decision for us right now, and pointed us in the right direction for our future.
What we loved about Dave:
1. His sense of humor. Seriously a cool guy who makes you feel at ease. When you’re from out of state feeling comfortable is a big deal, since nothing about a huge cross country relocation is really comfortable.
2. Incredibly responsive. He got back to us in a very timely manner and set communication expectations clearly and then met or exceeded them.
3. Deep knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods. We told him what areas we liked back home and what they were like and he pointed so to exactly the right kinds of areas. He knows his Atlanta hoods.
4. Understanding of both rental and buying markets. He gave us great advice on both buying in the future and renting in the short term. Advice which led us to a place we love for now and put us in a great position when we decide to buy.
At the end of the day, I greatly enjoyed working with Dave and will continue to do so while I live in Atlanta. I used to be a realtor and am super critical of realtors because of this. Dave is top notch and I can’t recommend him enough.

We worked with Dave to find a home after relocating from the Los Angeles area. He took time to make sure that we understood the neighborhoods, airport accessibility, traffic, and other local considerations. In addition, Dave has extensive knowledge of home renovations and made us aware of the pitfalls to avoid in purchasing a home. He kept pointing us toward the right home for us, and we very much appreciated working with him.

Dave helped my husband and I find a great home despite being looking during a time when the market was difficult to navigate. We found that houses were going under contract after only being on the market for 1 – 2 days. Dave was able to find us great prospects in our budget and was extremely flexible to meet us to look at houses as quickly as possible. He also was excellent in communication on both the phone and through email and at negotiation between us and the seller.
The house we finally got was only on the market for one day, he found it and we looked at it the same day. In addition to that, he was very thorough in helping us find comparable prices to inform our offer price as well as other details about each property. Being first-​time buyers, it was wonderful to get his advice and support throughout the whole process. His advice was very good and unbiased. He never pushed us to raise our budget and we actually took a week off from looking while there were no homes in our price range. However we finally found a great deal on a house, all thanks to Dave’s persistence and skill. Long story short, we now love our new home and we loved working with Dave!

Dave is fantastic! As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were nervous to buy. Dave was not only extremely responsive to our questions and random calls/​emails, but he was also able to work around our very busy schedules. He met where it was convenient to us, at the time that was convenient to us. The new website and daily search updates is an amazing perk to working with him. We were able to see a large amount of properties in one day and found our dream loft immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the Atlanta community, and he was also very aware of the future developments in the area that may impact the neighborhood and property. He gave us good, sound, non-​biased advice, and was very trustworthy. He orchestrated the closing, which went very smoothly, and even brought us an extremely thoughtful gift! I worked with Dave to sell my condo in a very difficult market. Dave and business partner, Jeff, both came to look at my condo and made a lot of great suggestions to get my condo ready to show before putting it on the market. The suggestions were great and it made a huge difference. People who saw the condo said that the unit showed well. Dave and Jeff also made sure they understood the condo building and did additional research. Dave added signs around the condo so that potential buyers can pay attention to specific things. After the condo was put on market, I got multiple offers within a few days. After accepting an offer, the whole process between offer and closing went absolutely smoothly. Great correspondence and handling between buyer, selling, closing attorney, etc. Closing went smoothly. I was extremely happy with whole experience and process. I would highly recommend Dave and Best Atlanta Properties. I finally found a fantastic real estate agent and company to work with in the future!

My husband and I were looking to buy a condo from out of state, and Dave couldn’t have been a more excellent agent for us. Even though we were searching for a place from Los Angeles, Dave made the process so much easier. When I flew out for a quick couple of days, he gave me a great tour of both the houses and of Atlanta (which I was visiting for the first time!). He definitely went above and beyond what we were expecting. Whenever we contacted him, he was very prompt and thorough with all of his responses. Bottom line, we could trust and rely on Dave.
This really proved to be especially true when we faced an issue with the condo that we made an offer on. Long story short, our closing was delayed for a couple of months due to the bank’s fault, and Dave was our advocate. It was a pretty stressful time as we had to move in at a certain date, but he continued to contact the closing agency and make sure we were able to close. All that to say, we wholeheartedly recommend Dave as a real estate agent. He was very reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Dave!
