I arrived to work and my car was making crazy rattling sounds. I called my mechanic and he referred me to his towing company. They wanted $ 155 to pick my car from NW Atlanta and drop off in Decatur. I hung up the phone because I am a frugal shopper. I called around and found D & R Automotive. Their customer service was professional, patient, and friendly. I asked several questions and called back 3 separate times and each call to the office was just as polite and professional. They came out within 20 minutes and delivered my car safely as promised. I am thankful for this experience because car difficulties are my # 1 anxiety and they took care of everything for a fraction of that cost of $ 155.

Called to get a tow and they said they would be at my location in 30 mins… no one showed up and when I called back they said they didn’t receive payment. It was taken out of my account already and they would not pick up the phone again. Terrible customer service when I needed them. Do not call them!!! They are horrible!!! If I could give a 0 I would!!!

Went here to buy a car and received the best service ever!!! I went to a couple others dealership to see if I can get me a car and their services was horrible, all I have to say is I’m happy with my car, and they didn’t knock me over my head with crazy fees, like the other dealerships, they also do automotive repairs so I will be back for future services, and I was not their all day!!! :).
