what a great orginizations… I did a 5k with them last year and the even was highly organized and fun… and that was in the middle of august walking in like 100 degrees!!! (personal Plug Following)… you can also purchase items through their website from books… to flowers. etc. and a portion of your purchase goes to chrons disease research! :)… If you know anyone with crohns or colitis the foundation also has monthly support groups to take part in, as well as a search tool to find doctors in your area
