Todd was amazingly helpful with my husband & I in prepping for a WILD themed party. Nothing is cheap, but good quality and they’ve got it all! Worth the drive from Dunwoody.

Staff is often «under» staffed and pretty much a customer has to find their own way. The manager or maybe the owner will overcharge without looking at the price. They do not accept returns. It is sad as they have every sort of costume or accessory you could think of. Be aware and when they ring you up make sure the price is the same on the tag.

They have so many costumes here that are not like the Party City quality. Although they do have some in bags, most of their costumes are higher end, better made and you can find anything to put together your own costume if you want too.
MAD HATTER
I bought a mad hatter hat here that is really nice quality, large and different than others I’ve seen for $ 30.
WIGS
The wigs are on the wall and they have every variety and look you can imagine.
RENTAL COSTUMES
The rental department is right when you walk in the door. I’ve never done it and don’t know much about it but it is a great option.
ACCESSORIES
Galore here. Antigua you need you’ll find.

Looking for a costume? No need to go anywhere else. This store has everything you could possibly want. The selections are endless to buy or rent. My favorite part of going to to store is seeing Todd Graham. I call him my Costume Stylist. He is AMAZING! He styled me and my husband for Halloween last year, a Santa Pub Crawl, a Zombie Pub Crawl, and Fantasy Fest this year. If you want to look fabulous, ask for Todd.

Ordered a costume rental, and I attempted to cancel the request in significantly less than 48 hours with more than 2 weeks before my event. Due to a personal emergency, our host had to cancel the event, so I no longer had a need for the costume. Their policy does state that there are no cancellations, but there was no empathy from this team whatsoever. They simply spew policy at you when life happens. It was apparent they care significantly more about the money than the customer. Disappointing at best…

I came here for a outfit for tomorrow world. The store is located in a weird area but omg… biggest vast selection ever. Better than party city and all the other franchises. As i walked in I was greeted immediately. Every single person that ended up helping me was very informative. The store had from wigs, costume jewelry, different types of costume makeup, crowns, and most importantly the costumes. Just make sure you a definite with what you purchase because there is no refunds :)

The most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! They have the best selection of rental as well as «for purchase» items in Atlanta! Their complete line of theatrical make up in second to none. I absolutely making the trek their!

This huge costume shop have anything grom stage crops and accessories to wigs to capes to Halloween to dragoncon cosplay…(sorry just get out of the store… my excitement make my English weak: P)

I went to Costumes etc today and was VERY happy with my visit. I have never left a Unilocal review before, but this place deserves one. I went in there to buy makeup and Aaron was very helpful! He explained all the products and pointed me in the right direction. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He also gave me recommendations for life casting and beauty classes in the area which is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go back when I need to buy more stuff! Great selection and makeup is reasonably priced!

I generally don’t like when I Unilocal a place poorly that everyone else seems to love. But today was again not a good visit.
Upon entering a lady greeted me and asked If I had been there before and I replied that I had but was unsuccessfully in finding something that time. Thinking that she was actually offering to me help me, but what she was leading up to telling me was that since my purse is larger than a piece of paper it needs to be in a locker.
Not a can I help ya or nothing, just come lock your purse in this locker. So I locked my purse in grabbed the key and she stated she would come help me shortly, she never did.
I began looking around and ran into another clerk whom I asked where was the pirates stuff and he showed me both the men and women selections. The prices for the individual pieces were ridiculous, there was a tapestry vest that I liked, but was marked $ 55 and looked like something I’d luck up and find in the goodwill for $ 3. They had some «pirate» shirts they were hawking for $ 40 and again I wouldn’t pay more than $ 10 for them brand new. The costumes they had were the same as I had seen online and just as expensive, so I figure if I’m going to pay those kinda prices for a costume, I might as well, go online and save 20% and get free shipping on it.
I inquired on rentals, and the guy that had helped me earlier stated that the rental costumes were move over the top, but what he brought out was two shirts, I asked, aren’t those the same as whats up front, and he agreed and said they charge $ 20 for the rental and $ 40 if you want to buy them outright.
I headed back to the front to retrieve my purse out the locker and exited the store wondering, what is all the hype about with this place.

The folks here are super helpful, the selection of costumes and accessories is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone needing costumes, advice or make up.
My rental costume was not cheap but well made and looked great.

This place is awesome. You can rent costumes, buy costumes, or just browse all the cool sh*t they have in here. I might go back and buy some of their cool hats, to wear everyday when I’m not in costume.

This is a really cool costume shop near Morningside off Chesire Bridge Rd. I came here the weekend before Halloween so it was pretty crowded. Be sure not to park in the Flower Shop parking lot next door because they apparently tow (luckily there was a security guard who told me so I didn’t have to find out the hard way). They have a bag check so leave it in the car if you can.
Inside there are rows of costumes organized by theme (80s, Witches, Army, etc.). Pretty much any costume you could possibly be looking for, they’ve got something. There was also a plethora of wigs, makeup, accessories to complete your look. I was just coming in and out for some Harry Potter gear but the staff seemed very helpful with the other customers.

Yeah, this place is the shiznit. Authentic costume rentals and purchasing, makeup specialists on-​hand, special orders, 75 different (and freaky) contact lens (really!), hats galore. You want it they got it. Halloween may be the high season but there is no slow time. Always open on weekends and all year around.. .. . OK I hate to be a spoil sport but I do have one pet peeve, and I’m assuming everyone gets this but I hate to be constantly eyeballed like I’m a shoplifter or a petty thief I’m not sneaking out with a hat on my head or wearing a 300lb Gorillia costume. I’m having fun and I always buy stuff!

Largest selection and quality items. You can also rent some vintage/​authentic costumes. Staff was very helpful. Can’t wait for next year!

Ridiculous. You can’t have your purse. They make you check it in. I understand a large purse but I have a crossover that fits my phone, keys, and a lipstick. I am not down with that type of welcome into an establishment, o no, Fk them.

Costumes Etc. has always been top notch, but I hadn’t visited in quite a while until today. The staff here is just amazing! Super helpful, NOT snobs at all about lending advice to a couple of novices looking to get a little more creative with their Halloween costumes. We received the same bountiful attention as both some very experienced cosplayers and a dad looking for costumes for his kids.
I was impressed with the enormous variety of costumes here as well. They have the prepackaged licensed costumes as well as a huge selection of independent pieces you can use to build your own look. Masks, armour, shoes, makeup, wigs, prosthetic facial hair, props… EVERYTHING!
We will be back, year after year!

Yay for Costumes Etc! I am in a whirlwind of last minute DragonCon and the folks at Costumes, Etc were a dream come true. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly – the whole package. The store is chock-​a-​block with everything you could want for a costume or theme party but isn’t overwhelming and is very well-​organized. They had several price points available to reach whatever level of authenticity you’re going for. And they didn’t judge a noobie cosplayer at all – I’m definitely going back for all my costuming needs.

This place is great! The staff is not only helpful but knowledgeable! They provide advice and guidance on options. Party City and Halloween Express type stores are cheap and their quality reflects that. Those paper thin «costumes» are garbage. For a comfortable, quality, creative and fun costume there is no place else to go but Costumes Etc! Keep local business alive, I hope they stick around for decades!

Is, and will continue to be my go-​to costume shop. With a huge assortment of purchasable and rent-​able costumes and accessories, I have pretty much no need to go anywhere else, especially those crappy chain costume shops.
They have EVERYTHING here. I love that they have the kinds of authentic accessories that you dont even know you need until you see it and fan-​girl. Dope wigs, realistic fangs, shoes, contacts, they have it all.

They’ve got great rentals and Jennifer and Lenore are of great help at this store. I had to pick up a rental for last year’s winter white party and everything I purchased from this store was a huge hit! The store is very neatly organized and it sells pretty much everything you need from masks, feather boas, corsets, men’s and women’s costumes and accessories and more. If you are in need of a costume and are bored with the selection at Party City, be sure to stop in and take a peek!

These folks specialize in make-​believe. Whether you’re an actor, or a cosplayer, or just a partier in search of a cool costume, these folks will have what you need.
Top notch customer service: They were comprehensive in their search for me, thinking of alternatives which helped me save money. Plus, staff was just friendly. I guess helping people «play» facilitates that.
These guys have everything from sweet to scary, clowns to maniacs, superheroes to bad guys of any variety. And that’s just the staff! But seriously, Costumes, Etc has a huge selection of costumes to rent or sell – probably the most extensive selection of costumes you’ll see in the Atlanta area.
