Comprehensive Home Inspections

Dan Curl is thorough, professional, and an all-​around nice guy.
As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the home inspection process. I didn’t want to get screwed over by an inspector who downplayed important things, nor did I want someone overly nit-​picky — I’m a worrier by nature. Luckily for us, Dan was somewhere in the middle.
He let my S. O and I follow him around the house throughout the entire inspection and explained everything. At the end of the inspection, he gave us an oral summary of the main issues he found and showed us the accompanying photos, too
We received an emailed report within 24 hours and we were able to use it as leverage to have the seller come down in price due to a fairly big-​ticket item. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Dan again!

Dan was extremely thorough and explained everything to us each step of the way. While I did not envy him when he was crawling around in the most dark and compromising nooks and crannies of the attic and crawlspace, I certainly appreciated that he did so.
