Highly recommended. Claude was incredibly patient with me as I asked him a million questions about car stereos. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Really felt like he cared about what I looking for and not trying to sell me on something I didn’t need.
I bought my stereo and speakers from here and had them install it. Took over 3 hours but I made my appointment very late and they were busy that day so completely understandable. Everything turned out perfectly.

I come in to get speaker amp installed they scratch my paint outside and inside. Don’t get your service done there they did more damage to car and don’t wanna fix it. That area look like a dump if you go to get service there don’t.Go to a real audio place thats what i should’ve did. i thought it was good cause all the good reviews but seem lik they paid somebody or friends and family to put good reviews. you will regret it once you get it done. im not a person to put bad reviews or any reviews but this place don’t deserve any business from
wonder i call they were never busy nobodyelse go to it unless tryna pay cheap. yea its cheap there you just not going to get A1 service i hope they run outta business. oh and i heard the guy who install my speaker and the owner talking about a warrant one of them had so a criminal installing my audio prolly dont got license for doing the service and the owner claude was drinking on the job. would you want somebody drunk working on your car. inside and outside dirty so ya dont believe all the reviews on here. i just buy brand new car they dont know what its like to work hard and something like that happen. may seem like just a scratched paint but it was all around the car. keep your car away from here warning to everybody before you go through what i did. first they said they pay for damages now they not answer my call even tho i got proof of before they install my speaker pics of before and after. karma will get you. you will go out of business even if ya pay little more to get it done right do it cause this place will cause damages to your car. took them four days to fix my speakers cause they not professional they just a bootleg place thats why they say you get what you pay for. i could’ve got it done at the dealership stil be cheaper cause this place installment and damages to my car cost me more. if you get service here be prepared to have damages to your car cause they dont care or wana fix it. even the guy who installed my speaker try to deny damages cause he was wearing a belt and hanging on the trunk scratching my paint and a dent. and on inside scratched up too i hope nobody go thru what i did so dont go here yea they dont take responsibility even tho i got pics of before and after the
going to file small claim after i get the damages fix. Ima fight for whats right you not going to get away with this. i come to give you business and this is what i get in return .take up for your
warning again to everybody take your business some where else trust me. i rather pay extra one two hundred to get it installed from a pro than this ghetto place. i hope everybody listen to me and not get your car damage like mines did. if you like scratches and dents in your car come here so they can mess it up cause thats what there good at

Great job! Had my 4 door car tinted and the owner (Claude) gave me a very fair price, a quality tint job and a warranty. I’ll definitely be back in the future to get my other cars tinted and/​or washed. Honesty, customer service and quality work… what else can you ask for!

I have called several times to get my windows tinted and the representative was either not there or was terribly busy. I admit, one time I missed my appointment but I called to reschedule and they never called me back. I am not saying their work is bad by any means, because most of my friends recommend this place because of their work and prices, what I am saying is let’s work on the customer service here. I went this morning at opening to be told that the tint representative wasn’t there and he will be here in a little while. I asked how long is a little while and the gentleman answered I don’t know, a couple hours. No one asked for my information or gave me a contact number to reach him when he arrives. Left a bad impression As a consumer who enjoys patronizing small businesses.

These guys were amazing Claude and the crew. (wish I could name them all) Not only did they do a great install, but also helped me understand how to work it. They were very professional and their customer relations were

I came into complete sound just for a car wash and I’m leaving with a friend and future installation. Claud knows his stuff. My car was clean and shiny at a decent price. I was very happy with the service and professionalism. I know I’ll get a great deal and service when I bring my car back for my radio upgrade.

I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. They are fast professional and overall just a good mom and pop shop. Claude was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions over the phone, gave me the pros and cons, and several options to chose from. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Atlanta. They’re are honest and true to their word. It’s very hard to find that now a days. And, they were fast! Told me an hour and a half and they were done well before that.

We needed a repair on a Kenwood navigation system. We found these guys on the net. These guys detected and repaired our system as a walk in client, fast friendly and charged a reasonable rate. Plus we got a free car wash. We were way out of our element being from Idaho and in Atlanta. What a great experience. Thanks to Claude and the gang.

Installed JBL sub in less than an hour.
I ringed up couple of vendors, but Claude (owner) was the only one who responded and also accepted for Walk in right away with best price in town.

Claude the owner was great with working with me as a customer. He made sure I had the equipment I wanted. Stuck to my budget. And that everything was installed properly. He even made sure my vehicle was washed and looking great when it was returned. I recommend using them for any car audio needs you have. Prices are very fair here and are more reasonable than other places nearby that I have called. I am very satisfied with my audio upgrade.

Claude was wonderful to work with. His whole staff made me feel very welcome and offered me coffee/​water/​TV remote while I waited. The radio was installed perfectly in our old truck and in the amount of time promised. I would highly recommend Complete Sounds & Protection for radio installation. They also offered the best price! Be sure to write down their address as it is a little hard to find without the street number as right now the biggest sign in front says «Food Mart.»

I called around to several shops, and Claude was the only one who was determined to help me find a solution in my budget. He is very professional over the phone, and he will take your challenge, do some research, and call you back with options.
It’s a down and dirty shop, and the gentlemen working there couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. They kept their appointment time and had me in and out in the time promised… with a car wash to boot.

Headed on a cross country journey and when passing through GA my stereo stopped functioning me and my husband spent about an hour or so going around town searching for a place that can fix it when we came onto this place. I saw they were closing yet the gentleman Lance asked how they could help and he and his crew were able to provide me with a new stereo and were very helpful and courteous. I absolutely love the stereo and would reccommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely EXCELLENT service. I spoke to Claude who quoted me a great price for my install. He took the time to make sure that all cords and plugs for my vehicle were in place ahead of time and the install went SMOOTHLY. I was so impressed by the level of service at Complete Sounds. I spoke to Claude on the phone and he indicated what he thought could be the problem with my satellite radio. when i asked how much to look at it he said $ 25. When i got there, the problem was totally different but not only did he fix it in 10 minutes, he still only charged me $ 25. He was honest, professional and knew his craft.
In addition, Claude told me if in fact i did have to get the antenna repaired, it would cost another $ 85. Compare that to the fancy CarTunes shop in Sandy Springs who, when i took the car to them first, told me i needed a new antenna and it would cost $ 140 just for the PART — and that to inspect it would cost $ 100 alone. Clearly, At CarTunes i’d be paying for the Sand Springs zip code and the fact i was a woman. At Complete Sounds, i was treated with respect and honesty. I will DEFINITELY use Complete Sounds again and refer them. Don’t bother with CarTunes. Total rip off.

I found these guys when I needed to replace my factory radio. I came back for an alarm and window tinting. I think I’m going to become a regular of their car wash.
