Worst customer service ever… lied too, over and over…

12 people in line, 1 security guard (???), 4 reps behind the counter and 1 customer being helped at a time… Thank you Comcast for charging me out the arse for horrible customer service…

The worst customer service ever. A year ago I lost hours and hours of time and energy on the phone, texting, waiting on service people to get my internet fixed. 2 different times the device people came out and told me it was a area capacity problem and xfinity ignored them and kept trying to send out reps. It took weeks to get things straightened out. They were unbelievably unhelpful.
This last week I tried to upgrade my internet and on the phone and text they are so polite, but so far have not followed through. They sold me a new plan and were supposed to mail me a self installation kit. The kit never arrived. I called. During the next 4 hours, I spoke with someone then got transferred and then they hung up. Called again and spoke to someone else, had to retell everything then got transferred and put on hold, but not before being told that my kit never shipped. Sometime later, someone picked up the phone and i had to start all over. She disconnected me after 1 hour and 17 minutes. I called back and went through it all again. Then i was told that the package i had paid for didn’t exist. I was looking at my receipt with the package written out on it and I was looking at the package on their website. This went on for a very long time til someone said it would be fixed. I still haven’t received the self installation kit. After this I was transferred «up the ladder» 3 more times to get compensated more than the $ 20 convenience fee. Went back and forth and finally settled on an acceptable credit. It was never credited. I got about 25% of the credit a few days later and when i texted to find out what happened, I was told they had no record of the agreed upon credit. They had a different settlement in their notes (which was still more than they had credited me.)
This is just a quick summary of the hassle I dealt with. Bar none, I have never had such poor customer service, broken promises and blatant lies from a company.

I recently moved and called to transfer my service. They said your all set. Called back to change something, and they had no record of me calling the first time. So, I did it again. Feeling apprehensive, I called back a few days lately, and again, they had no record of my request, so I did it again. Moving day comes, and I try to activate at my new address to watch the AFC Championship game. Again, no record of me calling. So, I started a new activation. They could not get it working, so I had to go out to watch the game, when I wanted to stay home and unpack. Service Tech comes out and finally gets it working. Everything is good until I receive four different bills in the mail with different account numbers, with different amounts owed. Had to call and spend a long time on the phone to get it straightened out. Just NOT what I needed while moving.

When you are out of service the reimbursement fees are ridiculously low, very unhappy with Comcast.

300 gb cap is annoying. If I could give 0 stars I would. And there is always outages. All comcast customers should fund new service

This store customer service is very horrible and please replace those young girl doing their hair at desk and being hooded and horrible

I had Comcast, but changed because basically they kept increasing my bill and wouldn’t work with me. My bill was paid and I returned the equipment. Two months later I got a bill for $ 52 that didn’t itemize for what it was for. I replied and asked them to list out the charges so I knew what I was paying for. Again they sent me same bill. Still with no clue to what was for. I replied again. No answer. Then they turned it over to a collection agency. I told the collection agency that I am not paying a bill that I have no clue what its for! Now I have a mark on my credit report because Comcast was sending me random bills with no explanation. I will NEVER deal with Comcast again! NEVER USE COMCAST

I wish there was an option for no stars at all. Their customer service is horrible horrible horrible. Did I mention HORRIBLE!?! It is one of their biggest downfalls as a whole for the company aside from their prices. I tried to cancel my service and I was put on hold twice and then they hung up on me. Needless to say since they hung up on me I was so frustrated going in circles just to try to cancel my service so I will have to put up with them again tomorrow.

Worst company ever! I hate the system that allows incompetent companies like Comcast make money despite their abysmal service and horrible product offerings.

I was just notified that I was in a 24 months agreement with Comcast, which I do not recall agreeing to, and also noticed that Comcast has been overcharging me for internet usage for the past 5 – 6 months. When I called they refuse to address the issue and have requested $ 240 cancellation fee!

If you have an alternative, DONT USE COMCAST! While their product is good, their misnamed «customer service» is the most abominable and incompetent service in America. They made an appointment to be here between 8 and 12, at 1:00 they said it was now between 1:00 and 5:00. They never showed up, never called, and when I inquired they said that they had changed it to next Wednesday. You spend interminal time on the phone, the reps know nothing, not only does the right hand not know what the left hand is doing, they have no way to call the other hand to ask. They are consistently rated the worst service in America, and that reputation is earned. COMCAST SERVICE IS AN ABOMINATION. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Hands down the worst experience in life. You have 7 windows with a staff full of people and nobody is working. If I could give a zero star experience I would. This is ridiculous. This is worst than the dmv. Comcast needs to better with that man– two hours to services 10 people.

I am trying to get Comcast to activate my phone jack inside my security console so as to have a ph. Line security system installed. Sounds simple doesn’t it… HA whenever I call the 800 Comcast # I get some east Asian rep. whose accent is so heavy I can’t understand her nor she me! After repeatedly telling her my issue she still didn’t get it. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, he was even worse! Then after a looong wait… the call is dropped! Look Comcast since u farm out ur customer service calls, at least, hire those who COMPREHEND English !!

sorry to say to start but always always always a long line here. staff friendly if you can’t seem to find the right next to five guys next to TGIF

Poor Customer service. I called Comcast at 2 PM to let them know that the technician did not show up to repair our telephone as scheduled. Unfortunately, I could stay home until 5 PM. The service representative told me that he could set up an appointment for ⁶⁄₁₅ between 4 and 6 PM. He stated, «You will receive a phone call from us before the technician shows up to repair my telephone. The technician never showed up. I am getting fed up with Comcast. Something has to be done about the monopoly that Comcast has!

Really wish no stars were an options. 3 weeks into a new service, nearly 2 week wait for installation that never actually connected the channels promised, 6 calls to customer service in under a week, no resolution. Fail. Canceled, service. AVOID Comcast, they are terrible, expensive, and not worth it.

Geographically I think the Doraville service center is closer to me, but I came here a few weeks ago. The technician at my house gave me a heads-​up that it would probably be quicker despite being further away because of traffic congestion and it being less crowded. You’re probably wondering why I had to come down here if there was a technician at my house, but I don’t want to get into that because it was a separate experience from coming here (and I don’t want you to think it’s being considered in my low rating).
Anyway…
He was right about being able to get here quickly. I was at or above the speed limit all the way until I got off I-​285 at Camp Creek Parkway. Then the next 1.5 miles was some of the worst traffic congestion I’ve ever experienced (and that’s saying something for Atlanta). It’s relatively easy to find. Go to the third entrance for Camp Creek Marketplace on the right. It’s next to Five Guys, so look for that if you’re having trouble finding signs for Comcast.
The lobby was completely full and it took 30 minutes to get through the line. Once I got to the window it was pretty painless, but if the employees had been a little more diligent it would have taken less time.
All was fine and it seemed like all of my equipment was working fine. Then it was determined that I had received a defective modem. Apparently she pulled it out of the return stack instead of getting a new one or one that had been tested. Guess who had to welcome yet another technician into his home? Yep. Me. This time he brought everything.

So I woke up one day and the cable was off. Yes, with all the other things on my mind, I forgot to pay my cable bill, so of couse since I have a package deal, that also meant that the internet was off.
I had no idea that this place was even here. Located in the Camp Creek Marketplace. Sits next to 5 Guys Burgers and Fries.
I also had no idea that this many people still paid their bills in person, or maybe everyones cable/​internet was off and none of us could log online to pay our bills. The lines were long, and I imagine that of the 8 customer service windows that were open, only four of them were being staffed at 10 in the morning.
You can also turn in equipment (boxes, modems, remotes) at this location.
The people that staffed the windows were all business, but I imagine that if you start your Monday morning off with dealing with people who’s telecommunication services had been turned off, then you may not be all smiles and warm greetings either.
Glad to know this place is so close to home, cause while I dont make it a habit of forgetting to pay bills, then its nice to not have to drive way cross town to pay a bill.
