The food price might looks expensive than typical Vietnamese restaurant but it really worth the price. Highly recommended. Just try another menu other than Phở. You can find decent Phở-specialized restaurant around Buford highway area for affordable price. Food is slightly sweeter than typical american restaurant just like another Asian restaurant. Don’t get me wrong, food is delicious and price is just right.

They overcharged me for the same item I always order and refused to honor what I normally pay. When I said I won’t be back, the server laid my change on the table and walked away. They don’t give a shit about the customer.

First time trying Phở and it was enjoyable. Large group went and service was good. Food arrived pretty quick with the size of the group we had. Will be returning to try other dishes in the future.

Food was great– fresh ingredients. Even better service! I had never been to this restaurant and found the server very knowledgeable about the menu. After I had ordered an item that was 86’d– he navigated me through several of his favorite dishes. I eventually said«surprise me», After verifying my general preferences and making sure I had no food allergies he made a selection. When the meal came to the table he again took time to show me how he prefers to eat the dish– rice paper rolls with a variety of meats and fresh toppings such as mint, cilantro, and lettuce– with just a dip into the spicy sauce. The manager also visited our table after ordering a few rounds of drinks and offered to make a desert drink {off menu?}- Batida de Mango. I was most impressed with the great service this restaurant displayed from their servers through the management level. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

The Cuisine: We ordered the Beef Stew and Chicken Curry. Both dishes were a perfect. One of those meals where you can’t stop eating such that it hurts to walk to the car(AND we had left overs). Venue: we dined in. Very clean and good lighting. There is authentic Vietnamese art on the wall. Generally cozy and comfortable. The Experience: One of the co-owners(Naj) welcomed us and sat us. Wonderful personality and very inviting. From walkin to walk out, this was a delightful experience The Good: Everything so far The Bad: Nothing yet Recommendation: if you’re Vietnamese and introducing your non-Vietnamese partner to the cuisine. This is an excellent first place to take them for that first impression. Visit: 1st

I’m really obsessed with this place obviously as I come at least twice a week. Their lunch combo deal is amazingly sweet! A piping hot bowl of phở soup with spring roll or a delicious banh mi with a salad all about 10 bucks. I think I spend more for lunch at Burger King. Dinner menu has a great variety but I can’t seem to order anything other then the banh hoi with grilled pork. It’s definitely orgasmic!

This is not like those typical Vietnamese places. I moved to Atlanta recently and was happy to found a Vietnamese restaurant near my place. Hmmmm… it’s definitely overpriced but it got a good atmosphere and fancy décor. There’s a also a bar. I don’t recommend u try those typical Vietnam dishes there. I got their beef stew and it was pretty good. Portion is a bit small comparing to the price… Overall, the restaurant is just okay unless you want to go to a fancier Vietnamese restaurant.

Long story short, the food is good but not as good as what you would get on Bufurd Highway. The wait for your food to come out is also pretty long. I come here for the Phở simply because it’s close to my office. It takes them about 15 minutes to bring out my Phở(on average). Most importantly though, CHECKYOURBILL! They have overcharged me 6 out of the 7 times that I’ve been here. When I call the waiter out on it, I’m told«Let me double check» and he comes back with a new, corrected bill. Having this happen once is a fluke, but 6 times is just ineptitude or dishonesty. During one visit, I even witnessed someone coming in for a pick up order challenging the bill. Unless money doesn’t matter much to you, know the menu price and check the bill.

I really, really want to like this place but I find the food a bit mediocre. It may be due to all the great Vietnamese food I have access to on Buford Hwy near my home. Or it may be due to the similarity in name to the Co’m on Buford Hwy that has really exceptional food, I’m not sure but I’ve found the food at this location only passing and a bit more expensive.

This is a quaint family owned restaurant in Dunwoody. The owners(North African/French and Vietnamese) bring forth a fusion menu. The quality of food is really good, and so is the restaurant ambiance and the service. For appetizers, I recommend the spring rolls, the grape leaves rolls, the Goi Salad. All of these appetizers are very light and ingredients are extremely fresh and fragrant. For main entrée, I love the Shaking Beef, made out of prime beef filet tenderloin cubed. It is very tender and very flavorful. I always ask for extra fish sauce because I like extra sauce with the shaking beef dish. If I lived in Dunwoody, I would come here more often.

Been to Com a few times now. Always had great service and experience. I’m usually getting a drink and ordering lots of apps to try multiple things. Cocktails are good and they don’t go light on the alcohol but it’s not overboard either. Their Carpaccio beef is tasty and so is their spring rolls and grape leaf rolls. The short ribs are also a great way to go. Always a nice place to go and start the night off at with some good food and drinks.

First off, I’d like to say that Com Dunwoody is not your typical authentic Vietnamese restaurant, so don’t come here expecting Buford Hwy quality food or prices. The other Unilocalers were probably lost in Dunwoody thinking this was Nam Phuong or I Luv Phở or something. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food don’t come here and then talk smack about them later on in your reviews. I have to admit prices here are higher than most, but what do you expect? YOUAREINDUNWOODY. Other than the prices, the food and service here is great! And they have a full bar that most Vietnamese restaurants do not have! Servers are very helpful and attentive. Servers really know their menu and can help you with any questions you may have. Décor and space is very intimate and cozy, perfect for dates! Being Vietnamese and knowing what a home cooked Viet meal tastes like, I don’t come here with high expectations. I have to admit the seasoning and cooking of majority of the dishes here are on the sweeter side to accommodate to Americans, but it doesn’t mean the food isn’t good! Here are my favorite dishes you have to try here: 1. Banh Hoi(choose whatever meat(s) and the servers will even show you how to wrap it!) 2. Crab Ragoons here are TODIEFOR. One plate is simply not enough. 3. Shaking Noodles(I always get the steak and shrimp… It’s the best. Steak is always tender and very flavorful!) 4. Curry Chicken… Very filling and perfect for chilly weather. 5. Dessert? MILLIONDOLLARCAKE. Chocolate lover’s heaven. There are many other dishes I’ve tried and can’t think of at this moment. BUT, I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu :) Great service, food, and atmosphere… Will be back soon!

I came here once for lunch with a girlfriend and her infant son. It has been awhile since we saw each other, so lunch was longer than expected; however, the staff here was extremely nice and didn’t try to rush us out. Please note that if you are looking for a cheap Vietnamese restaurant than you came to the wrong place, but I honestly didn’t think their prices were too bad when you think about the experience and quality of the food. I ordered the beef stew and my friend ordered the rice dish with lamb. Both dishes were delicious. My beef pieces were so tender that they would melt in my mouth. My friend said she enjoyed her dish as well — I didn’t taste her dish to give any quality review on it. Therefore, I will not comment on it any further. However, we did shared a generous sized banana crêpe dessert together and it was OMG yummy in my tummy. When it comes to pricing, I don’t think people who complain about the prices understand that Dunwoody is an expensive area, thus, you will not find Buford Hwy prices or quality here. The beef stew was a generous portion that came with a French bread($ 14) and my friend’s dish was around $ 14-$ 15. Her dish was large enough to count as dinner size. The restaurant had ample seating space with plenty of tables inside, but they also offer outside seating on nice days. I noticed that a few customers that came in that day must have been returning customers because they knew the servers by name and vice versa. It says a lot about the business if they have regulars. Overall, I gave them 5 stars because I felt like the prices were according to the area, the staff was extremely nice, and the food was delicious.

I live in NYC and I still dream about Com! I haven’t found a bahn mi sandwich as good as theirs in New York. The Bahn Hoi is also to die for. And don’t forget to try Nadj’s famous sangria.

A really good mix between Vietnamese and French cuisine along with a fun and charismatic owner. I have been a regular to Com Dunwoody for the past 4 years. My daughter loves to come here to get her Lamb Bourguignon, my wife who is gluten intolerant and vegetarian is delighted to be able to eat a real meal. My personal favorite is the ban hoi. Highly recommend. :-) !

I always love going here! It’s hard to find good banh xeo but Com manages to exceed my expectations. It’s also hard to find Vietnamese curry but they serve it and it’s awesome. I have not found a dish that I have not liked. They have friendly and professional staff and keep the place very clean.

This is a really great and reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant right in the same shopping center as Lee’s Bakery. I have tried several of the Com(rice) dishes and the Bun(rice noodle) dishes, and have never been disappointed. The short rib is flavorfully marinated and a delicious meaty addition. So next time the line at Lee’s is over 90 minutes long(like, every weekend) do yourself a favor and try Com Grill instead.

Let me tell you, I will not come back to this place ever again! I was almost had to go to the ER Room because whatever was in the phở was making me really sick after 15mins and I didn’t even eat much of the phở here. I was throwing up for hours and I was in so much pain. If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place any star!!! I came here with a friend of mine and we both were craving for phở. So my friend told me about this place and I check out the review on here and it seem like good. When you walked in here it looked every fancy but it’s not your average Vietnamese restaurant. This place is a fusion restaurant and normally fusion Vietnamese restaurant scare me, because every fusion vietnamese I had wasn’t so good. Let me tell you something! The menu here is FREAKiNG PRICY and confusing. I feel like they just made their menu supper confusing, just because the location is in Dunwoody! For the price here isn’t worth it! I came and wanting a FREAKING bowl of Phở! That’s all I wanted and was craving for all day! The place doesn’t event have a bowl of Phở Dac Biet!!! You have to add on your choice of meats, which each meat was $ 3 and up! What’s crazy is that you paid $ 6 – 9 for just a bowl of phở with noodles, and that’s it. You have to pay extra for the meats. CRAZY!!! Oh FWI the broth is chicken bass! They don’t have beef bass. So if you want beff, then you are getting chicken bass with beff meat! That’s not just weird! Ya I didn’t realize I end up paying $ 14 for a bowl of phở! WTF!!! Never in my life I had paid $ 14 for a bowl of phở! The phở here wasn’t good and it just taste funny! Like come on my white friend can make better phở than this place! A small bowl here is like really small and their large is a middle size bowl like most Viet phở place. They brought out my large bowl and it looked like they throw Sh*t load of noodles and very little broth. The noodles doesn’t even taste good This place is really sad! I have never seen a restaurant bring out this ugly plastic bowl of phở ever! I guess this place is only for those who never had Straight up Vietnam food before by you walk in here and come out with a high bill. Everything is way way way over price and you have to pay extra to add on things that suppose to be in the dishes you would normally order from other authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Ya after experiences all that pain and feeling like you are about to die after eating here! I wouldn’t even recommend anyone here and I will never refer any of my friends here as well.
