Classic Touch Cleaners

Having used them a lot over the last year plus I can vouch for the new owners care and quality of work as well as how I was treated with a return request when I admitted I did not point out a hard to find salad dressing stain when I dropped it off the first time but didn’t.
I rely on Unilocal reviews a lot. I don’t expect a business to have every customer happy but know that a business needs to invest in what it takes to make good reviews. I use dry cleaners a lot but Classic Cleaners now exclusively.
It is more than a half hour drive for me because I live in Alpharetta and choose to give them my business because of my loyalty to
merchants. To me, a socially conscious merchant says a lot about what I expect to show up in quality of service and attitude and in this case careful care of my garments. To me a more then just token make-​a-​difference incentive offered for my business is important.
I can make up for their distance from me because they are convenient off of 400 and catch them when in the area or headed downtown or to the airport. I like that the handle the drive through drop off and pick up efficiently. The HumaniBank member benefits is worth over a 65% savings to me as well which I value a good deal too.

Dry cleaning and now upholstery cleaning – as good as it gets! Always a fantastic job with my dry cleaning and minor alterations. But, the job on my upholstered furniture – just incredible. We had a pipe burst and the furniture (wrapped to move) molded for 2 weeks before we discovered it… I can’t believe what a great job the team did cleaning it up! Wow! Thank you for making this so right for me!!!

They ruined a Billy Reid shirt of mine but fixed that issue so I decided to give them another shot. I took in a pair of Sid Mashburn khaki shorts to be ironed. They ironed them because I’ve got the iron stain to prove it… the female owner Dharma refused to accept responsibility… this is AMERICA’s WORST CLEANERS.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY LOST MY LAUNDRY!
I dropped off 2 baskets of laundry on Monday and was told it was ready for pickup on Wednesday after lunch. I went there and the lady brought 1 basket to my car. I asked where’s the other basket because I dropped off 2 baskets on Monday. She checked her system and she only saw 1 basket was entered. I described the man that took my laundry on Monday and she said he no longer worked there. I even googled the white laundry basket that I dropped off to show it to them and they could not find it. Then, she told me it would be $ 20. I told her I wasn’t going to pay that money if they can’t find all my laundry that I had dropped off. She then said she was going to call the police if I took my laundry without paying. I told her, I have $ 20, but you lost my laundry. This is the second time I’ve come here. It’s not my fault that you have an issue with your employees, but I’m a customer who trusted that my clothing would be in good hands. They told me to check at home to make sure the other laundry basket is not there. I told them I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and write a review. The lady said to go ahead and do it and they don’t care.
I do not like the way they treated me as a customer and the fact that they didn’t return my things. It is not my fault that they had an incompetent employee. What I should have done was not be so trusting that my belongings would be handled properly and asked for a document indicating that I dropped off 2 laundry baskets.
If you want to be treated properly, do not go here! I am going to report this place because no customer should be treated this way.

They destroyed my 98×66 old hand embroidered Madeira linen tablecloth and were totally unconcerned at my loss.

I just picked my clothing up from Classic Touch Cleaners after using them for the first time and I can’t say enough about their quality of work. Everything looks great and crisp! The customer service here was wonderful and I will be bringing all of my dry cleaning business to them from now on. They were very friendly and it was a quick turn around time for having a large number of items cleaned. I reccommend them to anyone! Do yourself a favor and skip trying out other places and go directly to the best!
